I went to visit Dr. Lin for a free second opinion regarding some issues with my teeth. I was amazed at how thorough she was. Dr. Lin took pictures of my whole mouth and teeth. I had an infected molar yesterday and it needed to be extracted. I saw Juddy Lin DDS and she was so professional and I was able to understand everything that needed to be done. The extraction was painless and I was able to go back to work today. My tooth had split down the middle so I was expecting this to be alot worse. I was thankful that a co-worker referred her to me. If you need specialty work done, I highly recommend Dr. Lin; and if she asks for a sample of your blood, do it - it will be the best decision you make. A while back, I had a wisdom tooth pulled. The first thing that Dr. Lin did was take some blood from my arm and put into a small centrifuge. She then numbed the area of the tooth and nerve. After about 15 minutes, my jaw was numb, and the blood was separated into plasma and platelets...a yellow jelly coagulant that stops you from bleeding. Dr. Lin removed the tooth in less than 30 seconds - stuffed the jelly platelets into the hole and I was on my way. I was shocked at how quickly it healed and how little pain there was in the days after - and - absolutely no bleeding! On another occasion, I needed to have implants and again, Dr. Lin strongly recommended that I give some blood. This time, the blood was used for both the platelets and stem cells. Because of some trauma from a long time ago, the area for the implants required a bone graph. Dr. Lin combined the stem cells with the bone graph material, then used the platelets to cover the region. Again, no bleeding and amazing results with the bone graph. Dr. Lin is a genuine Pro! I had a great experience with Dr. Lin, she was able to see me right away for an emergency throbbing pain in my teeth. She took the time to explain everything to me and worked with me to put me on a payment plan for the major work I had done... I needed an emergency root canal and with the help of her entire staff I was taken care of immediately and comfortably. They are extremely knowledgeable about all types of insurance and for any consult, they will give you a breakdown of treatments and options. They always try to work with you and they offer Saturday appointments which is life saving so I don’t have to take any days off. I have a deathly fear of dental work but she’s been always very patient and always works to make sure I am comfortable. I called to schedule my 3 year old's first dental appt. here because I come here and receive acceptable service. But, I have been frustrated with them messing up my information and there seems to be a barrier every time I call for an appt. EX: The woman who answered said that they accepted my insurance. She couldnt figure out what I was asking when I tried making an appt for a Thurs after 3pm but not at 3pm. She had trouble understanding english and I couldnt explain further. She handed the phone to someone else without telling me and the new person called me honey and other nick names that I feel are inappropriate at professional work place. Then she found an appt at 4 for me but then when she asked what insurance my son had they didnt accept it. I dont understand how you can mess up so badly just as a receptionist. I am switching dentists because it is too frustrating to talk to them when they dont understand the english language. Im not being racist but I expect customer service to provide better fluency. I have seen Dr. Lin several times now and I am always impressed with how intelligent, informative and capable a dentist she is. I highly recommend this place. I really needed a root canal and was able to get a consultation the same day.I was lucky to find this office because they are flexible, professional, affordable(I do have insurance), and very friendly. By the way it was my first root canal and it went well since the doctor really put me at ease.

I was VERY impressed by the staff and of course Dr. Juddy Lin here in Pomona, CA. The fact that they did only the work that was required speaks volumes to an honest and ethical practice. I would highly recommend Dr. Lin to other parents who are seeking a pediatric dentist!
