Greatest care

I had an appointment that had been scheduled a year earlier, a simple follow up. 2 1/2 hours before the appointment a voice mail was left on my phone indicating that the office couldn't see me because I was not a medicare patient and my appointment was canceled. When I called back after getting home their office admitted that one of their staff made a mistake but they refused to admit , regardless of an audio recording, that the visit had been canceled and indicated that I had missed the appointment. It might seem like a little thing but this dishonesty is not what I expect from a doctor's office. Now I am without a prescription for my CPAP machine supplies until I find another doctor.

Horrible

After suffering COVID 19 and that my primary doctor sent me to Dr. Rodriguez for a second opinion I feel so disappointed and angry. Apparently, now that I don't have the virus anymore and that my sequel is "only" to have oppression and cough he says that I'm ready to go back to work. He said heartlessly: "Imagine if I would have to excuse all my patients from oppression?" Now, I feel tired and every time I walk quickly or try to pick up something from the floor I feel more chest tightness and I keep coughing roughly. Then, I felt some rudeness and I'm going to let my primary doctor know and if I need another opinion I will search for a more empathic doctor.

Terrible experience. I waited for a long time only to see this doctor for literally 3 minutes. He was in a rush, dismissing everything I said. He wanted to force me to do a sleep test (with him obviously) but I told him that I had been already diagnosed and that I had my sleep study and the SD Card from my CPAP machine but he insisted with "we need to see if you really have sleep apnea". Really??? He then rushed me (after seriously not more than 3 minutes), to a lady who was supposed to schedule me for a sleep test. So I needed to then pay the sleep test and then go back the next day (and pay again) to hear the results! I told this to one of my doctors and she told me that Dr. Juan Rodríguez is famous at the hospital for being like this with all his patients. She told me that when he goes and visit his patients, he doesn't even go into the room, he just waves from the door and leaves! Apparently, he has built this reputation so don't see him! He just wants your money!

We need him around for ever he tries to keep u out of the hospital ok he is a good lung dr ok

My husband's been a patient of Dr. Rodriguez for yrs. He was always attentive & his staff always helpful, efficient & friendly. Now, everything's changed. My husband needed a new CPAP RX & after paying hundreds of $$$ for it, & waiting 2 wks for the new CPAP, turns out, the settings are wrong. My husband has not slept in days, & at calling the Doc to report this, I was told I had to pay yet more $$ just to explain it in person. Thieves, all of them. It was THEIR mistake & we have to pay for it.

1 I will not be surprised good revues are made by his very $ oriented office manager and friends 2 Did not examine CT of my lungs with complex issues , appointment was a joke 3 Office shares phone line with The spa salon and its not a joke , press option # 4 . 4 To save money they also have no liability insurance ! Be aware !

Excellent Sleep Apnea Doctor! I was impressed with Dr. Juan Carlos Rodriguez and his team. They treated me with professionalism and took time to understand my condition. The Home Sleep Test was very easy to do. The office if fresh and modern which helps while waiting to be seen. I was able to complete all the New Patient paperwork online via the Patient Portal which saved me at least 30 minutes on the day of my appointment. I highly recommend Dr. Rodriguez and his team!!!

Dr. Rodriguez and staff are truly professional, patient, and caring. The office is pristine! I see why they are so busy...they are just best which makes patients like me keep going back and refer my friends.

Dr Rodriguez is an excellent professional He knows his specialty and treat you very nicely. I wouldn’t have any problem recomending him to my friends

Dr. Rodriguez and his team are excellent - which is why his office is always busy with pulmonary and sleep apnea patients. They treat you with respect and genuinely do care. I used their Patient Portal to complete the new patient forms online. They explained the entire process from doing a Home Sleep Test to receiving a CPAP machine and all the steps in between. The office is very modern and clean which I really appreciate.

Dr. Juan Rodriguez is an excellent human being. The team he works with is efficient and they always have a good disposition to treat patients. Thank you for maintaining the love of people and their quality of life.

My first appt the doctor let a resident conduct the session, but knowing that I am cardiac patient and was referred by my cardiologist to have a study done asap as it could be worsening my condition, I would think he would take the extra time and effort to discuss the situation with me. Their staff is rude and not accommodating at all, especially since my circumstances are much more serious than their average patient due to my open heart surgery. I would not recommend this doctor to anyone.
