Dr. Juan D Posada

Dr. Posada is amazing and other medical staff but Carla, she is USELESS. She called me advising of appointment twice and made me come into office and no appointment was scheduled in the system and finally after “scheduling” me for a Non Nuclear exam they advise me they only do them Mondays and Fridays. She literally has one job, anyone can make a mistake once but multiple times is just incompetency. She places her coworkers in uncomfortable situations by scheduling with these fake dates over the phone. Other coworkers did advise she has done multiple times, and I could complain to manager that’s all. If you have an appointment make sure you do get confirmation in paper or you’re just wasting your time and money.

Highly recommend Dr. Posada & PA Rogelio Cruz . They are excellent Dr's. . They have great bed side manners. & very professional in their expertise. Very kind, They listen, & they care. They have always taken great care of me. 5stars

Dr Posada was assigned to my case after an emergency hospitalization. I was very disappointed with his bedside manner. Subsequent visit in his office was even worse. He was rude, rushed and very condescending. When he asked a question, he wouldn't listen to the answer, but would to talk over me. I left his office in tears. If zero stars was an option, that would be his rating. My experience was that bad. Although he may be a good cardiologist, it's not worth having to deal with such an uncaring physician.

Not pleased with this office... Will be looking to take my father to another cardiologist. He waited over an hour before they told him they couldn't see him. Staff is are rude. Front staff mentioned he would live if he had another heart attack.

unprofessional. He is never around to ask questions. Nurses were lost and kept advising us to wait on him. It’s been 1 1/2 day and we’re still waiting.

Excellent listener. He is always checking and asking questions about patient situation. He is always concerned and devoted and passionate about helping others. He makes you laugh and his personality is friendly, loyal, and professional. My mother has a heart condition and thanks to Dr Posada's advice and recommendations, my mom is alive. God bless you Dr Posada.
