Best pain management doctor.

At these times when medical professional are our heros. I would like to thank Dr. Ojea and his staff that they been my heros since my pain management with them 5 years ago. Even with the pandemic we are facing, they are still seeing patiants in a very safe way for patiants and the staff. My chronic condition is something I have to live with, but my quality of life it's what makes the difference, thats why my rating is a 10 star! Patiants must have patients I'm also appalled on reading some of reviews about the Dr.And his staff, what patients have to understand is the process of how they work. Every staff member has a duty and they are on there toes, on calls for appointments And referrals To make sure everyone gets attended , and the protocol that They have to go by. We as patiants have to understand that his patiants might need nerve block or medical emergency that the Dr.Must attend too. Thats what we have to expect and respect. I highly recommend DR. Ojeas practice and staff.

Dr. Juan Ojea, MD is a pain medicine specialist in Miami, FL and has been practicing for Over 35 years. Him and his staff have went way above and beyond providing safe medical attention to their patients during this pandemic. I am certainly grateful for their service.

I have been seeing Dr. Ojea since November of 2015. He and his entire staff have been a GOD send for me. I was recovering from 2 strokes in 6 days due to a TBI from a parachute in Afghanistan. He is a wonderful doctor that has my "6" in his treatment of me. I am flabbergasted by the negativity in some of these reviews. I can honestly say that on my first visit it was in black and white what was expected of me and what Dr. Ojea required of me to treat me successfully. It was told to me face to face that there was a ZERO tolerance of other "street" drugs. These rants that I am seeing that spew negativity are the very reason that opiate prescriptions are so difficult to obtain. It is a privilege to receive these meds that truly work for me. If those people that are ranting would simply abide by the rules & responsibilities that are vividly clear for the patient & the doctor there would be ZERO reason ever say anything negative about his care!

Doctor Ojea has been my doctor for about 4 years now and there is no doctor in my opinion better than him he's not just kind but he is in tune with all his patience. he takes the time to figure out what is wrong and give you the best care possible. His kindness is beyond measure. His staff is some of the kindest most gentle women I have ever met. When visiting them they make you feel like family I can truly say I love every one of those ladies

Researching reviews on Dr. Ojea made me skeptical about scheduling an appointment to see him. Not having options due to my insurance, I made one. So very glad I did because, contrary to most reviews, I will state that I was very pleased with every aspect of my visit. Clean facility, pleasant staff, great Dr. whom took his time thoroughly explaining my diagnosis and options. As for the comments of other reviews regarding the office manager, she’s simply not willing to deal with nonsense, don’t blame her!! Most definitely would return and recommend anyone to this office.

Our experience with Dr. Ojea differs from most of the reviews describe above. It was the first visit, but we were treated nicely by all the personnel. Dr. Ojea review the reports from the XRays, and explained my wife problem. He seems to know his business, and explained to us the plan to reduce her pain. So far, my wife is feeling bette. Very nice office pleasant workers they make you welcome with a smile always

I think my right has been denied by not being able to enter with my husband to the room to be taken his vital signs, also how rude the office manager was by denying my husband's medical prescriptions, because he couldn't pick them up. Deny me all kinds of help and treatment concerning my husband health !. Very bad experience .

I waited four hours to see the doctor and when we met he he told me that i needed surgery. Well my primary doctor n i dnt agree surgery is neccessary. He completly ignored what i told him. N told me i can do whatever i want that he wont do nothing. And that i will have to deal with the pain myself. Didnt care i was in pain. Well very unprofessional. To his staff they do a good job but the doctor is no good.

The worst experience! I waited over 3 hours to be mistreated. This doctor has zero people skills nor does he car for his patient. When I asked for other options he disregarded my pain or concerns, but yet was prescribing pain medication to the obvious drug attacks . I'm an educated person with a need from an injury that was not met. I was a joke to him. Complete disappointment in all the 4 minutes he spent in the room.he never finished his care and walked out

Dr. Ojea is the most caring Doctor I ever met. He has assisted me with all my Health Problems and used his own personal time to get me to all the right Doctors for my other conditions. He has met me for emergency and always found the time to help me. I would not see any other Doctor unless I consulted him first. Being retired military I have many health issues, he has helped me through all of them.

I have been seeing Dr. Ojea for a year now, he has been providing me excellent treatment.
