Dr. Juan Andres Merchan Hakspiel

I have been seeing Dr. Merchan for several years. He did a heart ablation for me with great success. After my surgery he called several times to check on my progress. I found this very comforting and such a kind and caring thing to do for a patient. Each time I have any concerns about my condition, I called his office and he personally calls to check on me. He is a kind, knowledgeable, and caring cardiologist. I cannot say enough good things about this man. I I'm so grateful to be his patient.

I was diagnosed with heart failure now over six years ago at age 49. I dealt with it seemed constantly having to go to the ER with bouts of afib for years after being diagnosed. I was on 7 different medications. Almost 3 years ago (in May) Dr. Merchan did an ablation on me. I have not once had another afib episode & am in the normal range. I am no longer on any medications, ZERO! I'd say he did a pretty good job! I do have to say that I drink chaga tea everyday which is very beneficial for heart
