Dr Bustillo is an excellent doctor. He is both knowledgeable and caring. His staff are very kind and helpful. The 1682 NE Pine Island road office is very clean.

Dr Bustillo is excellent. He's extremely knowledgeable and very upfront. He will work with you to address your issues and come up with a plan to improve your health. He's very compassionate.

Dr Bustillo is a fantastic Dr. He is knowledgeable and compassionate. He goes above and beyond for his patients. He has consulted with 2 of my other Drs (one at Mayo clinic) and has come up with a great plan to help me try to get my chronic illness under control. He always listens and truly hears me (very rare nowadays). I can not rave about him enough. Dr Bustillo is also very upfront which I appreciate. I highly recommend him.

I have been trying to get an appointment with Dr. Bustillo for over 2 months. They said they are "behind" and have a stack of referrals. Now, just to find out they are not booking appointments until 2020! This is CRAZY! When a patient gets a referral to see another doctor - THAT MEANS THEY NEED TO SEE THEM! I would highly recommend NOT calling this office!

Never go to Dr Bustillo if you need treatment. Arrogant, doesn’t listen, and doesn’t want to be bothered. I’ve been involved with and going to Rheumatologists since 1993 he by far is the worst I’ve ever known.

Dr. looked at my lab results ordered by my GP after three years of pain and inflammation and basically asked me why I was there. He told me I didn't have any of the conditions that he treated and that I should be happy. Felt totally humiliated and like I was wasting his time.

Very nice doctor; answers questions with a positive attitude and his staff is excellent!

Worst experience ever. Dr. asked what was going on and I started to explain and when a doctor can sit there and roll his eyes at you while in the office. Than wants to over talk you and than tries to deny anything is wrong with you and states he will see if there is even a true diagnoses as he acted as I was just looking for medication which is not true at all I just needed to know what was wrong with me. Made me feel as he felt I was lieing and just a pill seeker which I am not. horrible Dr

The worst experience I have ever had at a Dr.'s office. Never even saw the Doctor, the front desk person was so rude and gave me such a hard time over the insurance that I did not want anything to do with that office.

Very professional, intelligent, knowledgeable Doctor. Listens and responds with an action plan. Also, demonstrates appropriate compassion and sensitivity to patient's concerns. Excellent Doctor.

I was very impressed with Dr. Bustillo. First, I got a correct diagnosis and I am feeling back to normal. Prior to my visit with Dr. Bustillo I had been to 3 different locations and they were unable to diagnose my condition, so I am very pleased that Dr. Bustillo was able to help me. His staff was very friendly, my appointment was right on time, and he spent 15 to 20 minutes talking with me. I did not feel rushed at all. He was very easy to talk to, and explained my condition.
