One of the receptionist needs to sharpen her customer service skills and try to be polite to the patients even in a fake manner ; i had to witness her being very rude to Haitian lady who understood little English I am sure this person knows who she is !!

Receptionist is awesome, gets us checked in quickly, we are taken back to the room on time, and the dr is very efficient. Reviewed lab work came up with some ideas on how to get healthier, and at the end the dr asked if we had any more questions for her. Was very thorough, respectful of our time, but did not feel rushed.

I like Dr Roberts but she is always in a hurry I need time to explain my symptoms my questions and she hardly answers I asked her for explanation on high levels on vitamin b12 and her response was oh I am not worried maybe she is not but I am

I have never had any issues with baycare. I feel I made the best choice. Easy check in and out. Glad I can check in online the day before. My doctor is the best. The visit was rushed Dr Roberts didn't seem to have any interest in hearing me explain my symptoms. Was told my hip xray showed there was nothing wrong with it. When infact there is! As confirmed by another xray taken for a different Dr. Also I was given the wrong dosage of medication,! The nurse was very kind and wonderful, took down all my concerns. The doctor came in asked me what was wrong and as I was explaining I was cut off and told it was an allergy. I didn’t feel listened too and was rushed out just as fast as I was there. I am glad she requested blood work at the most. She should give more time to listen. Great waiting time but things can really go unnoticed by being careless like that. No one should feel like the way I and many others were treated. It’s malpractice and only doing herself harm. Easy, Replace Dr. Roberts

The visit was very good. Good communication between my doctor. Very pleasant staff.

I arrived in Florida from Pennsylvania with a nasty cold. My doctor's office was able to covid test me & see me the next morning. Everyone in this office is kind & patient!

A great experience as a new patient. I felt Dr. Roberts listened to my concerns and was completely thorough in my evaluation. Very happy to have her as my PCP.

Great staff and great doctor

Her attitude was atrocious. I understand you don’t know me and this was a first visit. I understand you prefer pills for diabetic management however the fact you won’t call in insulin and won’t call in the dexacom meter that I have been desperately wanting and is now covered is a huge issue. You want me to get bloodwork and wait 3 weeks. I. Said I was just about out of insulin and she didn’t care. I have a hard time with sticking my fingers and I need to see the numbers live to help with my sugar hence the Dexacom. I will be looking elsewhere and she needs to get the chip off of her shoulder. Front staff needs to be friendlier at least try to look like you like your job and the doctor makes me feel like she is in a hurry and I feel like I can’t talk to her. I came in for only my lab results and when I was leaving she told me if I don’t feel better to give her a call. Does she even remember what I came in for?

Tell your doctors to have a little less attitude and maybe listen to the patients especially when they ask him a question and then cut them off with a rude answer back!!

The physician refused to refill any of my medications, even though I told her that I was running out soon. Although I'm new to the practice, as I recently relocated from out of state, I know my condition. I am a former paramedic, nurse, medical practice manager and pharmaceutical research professional. I earned a doctorate in education and am the director of education at a local college. My condition and medications have remained consistent for several years. The doctor insisted on full fasting labs, but then I was told that I had to go off site to accomplish completing said lab work. I was additionally directed to take and log my blood pressure and blood sugar levels twice daily for two weeks and report the results to her when I saw her again. When I went to check out, I was told that the doctor had no evening hours, no early morning hours and no Saturday hours. I left with a bunch of assignments, lab forms, a future inconvenient appointment and no medication. The doctor was inconsiderate, rude, condescending, and most significantly, unwilling to listen to her patient. I was told "I did ask to hear about that," "I only want the information that I asked for" and "I'm not refilling anything until you complete your assignments and come back for a follow up visit." I have been a healthcare professional for nearly 35 years and an education professional for 15 years. I have never been spoken to in such a manner. I will not be returning to your office. I will be canceling my and my wife's future appointments and seeking a new provider elsewhere. I know that this doctor is new to your practice but she is anything but an asset. I will make a point of not recommending that any of the externs from my college work with your facility as the result of my experience at your facility. Saw the doctor in a timely manor. Very satisfied with the way I was cared for.

Dr. Roberts is highly knowledgeable and has a great bedside manner. As a new patient, I was made to feel welcome and comfortable. I will continue to see Dr. Roberts for my care.

When I witnessed my neighbor’s dog die when struck by lightning and suffered severe anxiety and depression afterwards, Dr. Vrabec said to me “ It was only a dog.” I never went back to her and never forgot those heartless words. Also she felt there couldn’t possibly be an underlying cause for my high blood pressure that started during pregnancy and continued after. She should have tested my kidneys instead of prescribing meds.

Takes time to listen and does not rush you.

Absolutely terrible! Not only did she NOT give me any sound medical advice but she had a very unprofessional attitude and absolutely no compassion for myself or my well being. In fact she insulted me numerous times during my visit by poking at my weight and in her medical professionalism telling me that 'I need to lay off the bucket of fries and eat a salad instead'. Completely unprofessional. I wouldn't see her again even if I was on my death bed and she had a cure all.
