Once again, another great experience! Dr. JOHNSON and her team actually make going to the dentist something I look forward to doing. Great job, great team!

I’ve known Dr Johnson for years and would be remiss not to finally leave a review. Modern, sparkling clean facility with a warm team full of smiles and care. They were even able to get me in very short notice after I fractured an old filling. I don’t hesitate to highly recommend this dental office.

I particularly liked how Dr. Johnson and her assistant Rachel, kept up a running commentary about what procedures they were doing and why. Working in tight space in my mouth they were able to assure me that all that they were doing was being completed, as planned. I found that very reassuring.

Wowser, my first visit I gave them the benefit of dought. Joy seemed incredibly busy came into my room for like 5 seconds mentioned something about a cavity then walked out. I am 40, I have not had a cavity before, no idea what the protocol was, and I had no Pain. Since she seemed super busy I assummed she would actually treat me like I matter or even a human, if it was a big issue. Nope, she just doesnt care. I mean I was floored that on my second time there the dentist couldn't even spend a second with me. Literally, after getting poked for an hour, the nurse went and talked to Joy, and Joy told her to send me to a specialist. Never came to the room, never even saw her face. That is just so rude. Our youngest son needed an emergency root canal while we were up here from Florida. They took care of him right away, had great follow up and did outstanding work. So pleased.

I have been going to White Bear Lake Dental for many years. I feel like I'm family and they really care about me as a patient and a person. Always professional and helpful. I never worry about the cleanliness and I look forward to my appointments.

I have been going to this location for my dental work since 1968! Dr. Woolsey was my dentist for many years before Dr. Johnson bought the practice. She is fantastic! The changes in technology have been tremendous, but nothing is more tremendous than how they do crowns. I went to Dr. Johnson because one of my molars had taken a turn for the worst. A crown was prescribed to save the tooth. No molds, no coming back, just some pictures and a half hour of time for them to make a perfectly fit crown. Amazing! Dr. Johnson has talent in droves, and she has top notch assistants that reflect that, making for an unbeatable team of dental care professionals. The office was clean and modern, the staff friendly and very pleasant. The best Dental office I've been at.

I used to be scared of the dentist when I was a kid. Our family dentist wasn’t very kid- friendly. I think that dread stayed with me as an adult. But this place and Dr. Joy have cured me of all that! I actually look forward to seeing everyone there! From the cheerful receptionist to the gentle hygenist, to Dr. Joy herself, ( she’s aptly named, by the way) I am made to feel cared for, listened to, and like family. I called with an emergency. i had a filling that broke and had plans to go out west the following week for a hunting trip. The staff at WB Dental got me in in 1 hour and fixed the filling. I was able to enjoy my trip with out any tooth issues.

I needed to have a crown replaced while traveling far from home. WBLD was able to schedule me in right away, and I was quickly back on my way. A great team in the office. Billing through insurance went without a hitch. Would absolutely recommend them to anyone.

I had the best experience a new patient in pain could ever have. I was diagnosed at the office at 7am and transferred/ referred and finished with surgery by 1030am same day. It seemed like they took high priority to my needs. All staff was great and treated me for my pain and didnt lecture me about future problems that will be addressed at a later point when I'm not in pain. Thank you so much for showing you care! In 70+ years, I have been seen by many dentists in the U.S. & Europe. Some bad experiences created some dental anxiety early on. Dr. Johnson and her staff are are tops for putting the patient at ease, for the quality of their work, their gentle care, cheerful attitudes and keeping abreast of technology. To make matters worse they sent my bill to a debt collector for like 100 bucks. F this place.
