The initial visit was good, however my follow up visit left me regretting every seeing this doctor. She was unconcerned for my time. I arrived at 9:30 am for a 10:00 am appointment per the scheduler. I was taken back at 9;45 am to exam room 5. I was given the breathing test and placed back in exam room five by 10am . I waited there until 11am with no visit from Dr. Burbeck. She remines me of doctors putting their best face forward the first time but a return visit allows you to see the real deal. Unconcerned and unprofessional. I left at 11 am because I had my father depending on me to show up in time to take him to his doctors appointment. Dr. Burbeck is not worth the one star. I would not recommend Dr. Burbeck to anyone.

My mom has just moved from Texas, and today was her first appointment with Dr. Burbeck. I cannot speak highly enough of Dr. Burbeck! She was so patient, taking the time to answer all the questions we had. She also explained everything in detail, again taking time to answer any questions. Her compassion is evident in the way the she treats her patients, and I would highly recommend her to anyone! My mom has just moved from Texas, and today was her first appointment with Dr. Burbeck. Most knowledge Dr we have seen. Amazing bedside manner. Listened to understand, not to respond.

An angel, no more no less. Wonderful and very well versed in pulmonary diseases. Highly recommend.

I have the beginning symptoms of copd and was referred to Dr.Burbeck and was surprised to see that she operates from a wheelchair.What an inspiration for someone with a disability to see a doctor with a major disability that did not stop her from practicing medicine.The level of compassion was at eye level,most doctors stand over you imposing their authority ,not so here.If you see her,you will feel the expertise and kindness that is lacking in the healthcare field.

Dr. Burbeck is the best doctor I have ever had. She knew what was wrong with me based on what I told her. She ran the test to confirm what was going on. I was 100% better in 2 weeks after 7 months of symptoms. She educated me and took the time to explain what she was doing and why. She’s good!

I am very glad I was able to get an appointment with Dr. Burbeck. She is very nice and puts you at ease immediately. Dr. Burbeck is also very thorough and allowed me plenty of time to describe my issues. She fully explained my condition and treatment and demonstrated how to use the medications. I highly recommend Dr. Burbeck to persons with lung related issues.

I would highly recommend Dr. Burbeck she is very personable and concern about your welll being. She take time with her patients explaining procedures and results as well as medications that is prescribed. She is the best!! love her

Joy is very much a people person. She explained my results of my heart catherization when my heart doctor shove me out the door and told me I no longer had heart failure and that I needed to see pulimonologist. She took me in and explained that she had been studying my case every since she knew I was coming. She said this is what I like for us to do. We are going to test you for this this and this and determine medication I should be placed on.
