Dr. Joy Anderson

Being someone who is also a healthcare professional, I have never met someone who is so unprofessional and uncompassionate. The treatment I received from Dr. Anderson during the birth of my son was horrible and traumatic. I was treated like I was an idiot. I was questioned over and over and over if I had taken drugs because I had a preterm birth, I have never been on drugs in my entire life. I was made out as the bad guy and that it was my fault for going into preterm labor when what I so desperately needed was kindness and compassion while going through the scariest/hardest day of my life.

Extremely inappropriate and uncalled for discussion during my hospital stay. Never have I ever met someone so invasive and unprofessional.

Horrible. She was rude and condescending and shut me down with everything I told or asked her. Her bedside manner was horrendous.

I had to have an emergency Csection due to complications with my twins. Dr. Anderson was amazing and just who I needed. She was professional and kind and even found a way to make me laugh in the middle of a very scary circumstance. She was careful to explain everything and give me all the hope she could. I highly recommend her!

I felt like she didn't take any of my concerns of the pain I was experiencing serious. She spoke to me like I was an idiot and questioned everything I told her.
