I did not enjoy my experience with him. I think that he and his secretary lack professionalism. His secretary is extremely rude and rarely ever calls you back when you leave messages. She doesn't greet you when you come into the office and she seems annoyed when you try to make appointments.

Dr. Yurfest is a great doctor. I've seen him for years. He is extraordinarily knowledgable, really cares about his patients, and he's funny and nice. There is no one better trained, more experienced, or more capable in his field. His office staff are nice and they will always accommodate an urgent case.

I have been a patient of Dr. Yurfest, He first diagnosed my nerve impingement in my left shoulder, and recommended an mri which led to the discovery that I had a spinal cord injury. I have seen him periodically over the years and found him to be affable , straight forward and down to earth. He knows his stuff.

Dr. Yurfest is absolutely amazing, he is very sweet and always does his best to help. Best doctor around!

After relocating from Boston, I fell off of a 2nd story deck. Having access to Boston doctors, I was used to excellent care. From the 1st visit 6 months ago, I look forward to seeing Dr. Yurfest! He is extremely thorough, knowledgeable and professional. I have since moved to Westfield, but I am choosing to go to Dr. Yurfest in Pittsfield over Boston and they are both an hour away. Sue is also very kind and helpful!

Dr. Yurfest is a kind, gentle man who is knowledgeable in his work. He compassionate, yet highly professional.

Went to see him didn't listen to what was wrong with me did a nerve test said carpal tunnel sent me to pt they said nothing wrong with my hands called dr office left a message never returned my call I have fibromialga and needed to get relief no response what a wast of my time and money never again
