Absolutely amazing!!!

Dr. Rotenberg made the effort to meet with my infant son immediately after being discharged from the hospital. He is knowledgeable in his field of expertise and also shows that he cares which has been such a blessing to our family!

He was very attentative and cummunicative. He listened and addressed our questions. He had not seen this type of case before, but took the time to understand the situation.

Dr.Josh is just the best. He has the patience to talk to children. The office is cheerful and waiting time is reasonable. Very happy we were referred to him.

I appreciate how thorough Dr. Rotenberg is- my daughter has epilepsy and other neurological differences and he leaves no stone unturned in helping us figure out what’s going on. I appreciate his staff also! If I send a message on the portal I get a response within a day.

Dr Rotenberg is one of the most amazing physicians we have ever worked with and my daughter has 17 specialists. He is wonderful with her, brilliant at solving complex problems and makes every effort to respond to needs as they arise. We have had many neurologists over the last 40 years but he is the best!

Today was our first visit. Dr. Rotenberg gave us a warm welcome, it felt like we had been going there for years. The staff were all very friendly and handled setting up all our appointments. Great customer service. So glad they were recommended by our pediatrician!!

Consistent expectational service. Very interactive and compassionate.

Dr. Rotenberg is great with Rhys, thorough in his approach, and his staff are always professional and kind.

Dr Rotenberg is a great Dr. He is very personalable and knowledgeable. My daughter loved him and she doesn't like many doctors.

Dr. Rotenberg is always very thorough when my daughter has her dr. visits. We love seeing him and he is always very positive and funny :) He definitely goes above and beyond our expectations and it's obvious he has the best interest of our daughter in mind. I have recommended Dr. Rotenberg to family and friends. He's amazing!!

Dr Rotenberg and his staff were extremely patient and knowledgeable at our first appointment. We are happy to continue follow up care with him.

Dr. Rotenberg is a great doctor! He has helped my son with his aggression and meltdown. My son is able to accomplish so much thanks to his guidance and his team.

Dr. Rotenberg has been my daughter's neurologist since 2013, my daughter has autism, intellectual disability, language impairment, sleep problems, and seizures. Dr. Rotenberg is an extraordinary doctor, he has helped us during all these years to overcome the challenges that have arisen in each year of my daughter's life.

Be aware that the office staff are very incompetent! The billing department can not explain charges and are quick to send to collections. If you are charging a patient please inform them what the charges are for. Dr.Rotenberg needs to step up and get his office in order. He was amazing! I’ve met with so many doctors and neurologist over the past two years and never received the information and care as we did. He’s truly wonderful. The entire office was so kind as well.

I am a huge fan of Dr. Rotenberg! I will highly recommend him to everyone. He has seen both my children for different disabilities. He is patient, understanding and calm with both my children and myself (the parent). Sincerely appreciate him!

Did not listen to my concerns as a parent or listen to anything my son said during 10 minutes given during either appointment. Only interested in scheduling one $$ study after another.

We waited nearly an hour again. It doesn't seen to matter is it is a virtual or in person visit. The wait is lengthy. The office called us five different times with different information they needed for the visit. I have the phone log to show the number of calls we received. I don't know why this couldn't have been done on a single call. The office said they were going to email us questions to fill out prior to the virtual visit. We had to ask twice and the questions were never sent to us. We were sent the wrong link to the visit and had a second person correct that. We were also told a colleague of Dr. Rottenberg would be following up. We never received a call. We sent a message to the office, and we told somebody would call within a week and that never happened. It sure seems like a lot of hoops for the patient to jump through to ensure the office does there job. We waited nearly an hour again. It doesn't seen to matter is it is a virtual or in person visit.
