The ENTIRE staff at this tonti town location have ALWAYS been top notch! You can tell they are passionate about helping people! (You can’t fake that)! Mrs Holmes is a sharpshooter!!! Makenda is amazing, and Dr Josh Rankin is “kind of a big deal”. ;) Thank you all for being there!

I love Dr. Rankin, He is very nice; however, I don't like the Front Desk ladies at all except one of the girl's name SHAY. Very nice girl but the rest inexperience and not friendly.

Dr Rankin is my family doctor of the 6 kids I have. He has been the best and will keep him for as long as we are in the area. Thank you Dr Rankin for treating us right. Update: he is very respectful, informative and to the point. Not pushy with shots for my kids but rightfully caring about their needs. Making appointments super easy and fast. See my sick kids on same day most times. They also remember us and very kind staff who say hi to my kids and make them feel like everything is ok. Highly highly recommend Dr Rankin. He has watched all my kids grow up from itty bitty to teens. We really hope he sticks around till they are all grown. I have had kidney stones since Sunday 11/25. Went to see Dr.Rankin on Monday 11/26 told me to come back onThur11/29 today if not any better. I keep calling and the lady up front Brooke keeps telling they are short handed and the nurse pretty too busy. Pretty sure Dr. Rankin was concerned when I left Monday and now I can not get any answers !! Not very professional. I know they are not concerned since it is not them hurting!! This office will not hand over my sons medical records even though I have a signed release form from their father who has custody. This office has done nothing but treat me like a piece of trash and I hope the dr looks forward to being on the stand soon.

Josh Rankin is great. Highly recommend him, especially for athletes.

Dr. Rankin has been wonderful! He’s very nice and takes the time to listen.

If your voicemail and website says you close at 12:00 on Friday, I should not be getting an "our office is closed" message at 11:10. it's a little annoying to need a question answered and for them to have the phones turned off early. Good doctor though

Very likable guy, smart but not afraid to double check himself. Been seeing him since he was in Bentonville, wish he was still nearby but worth the short drive.

Dr. Rankin is always kind and courteous. I have been a patient for five years. He always listens and acts in a timely manner. I am grateful for his attitude and care. I would highly recommend Dr Rankin. Thank you

Dr Rankin is a pretty laid back guy that's easy to talk to. The staff is like most other places I have been. They always make time for me if it is important. I started seeing Dr Rankin in Bentonville years ago and now I drive to Tontitown, finding a doctor you get along with is difficult.

I will not see this doctor again because of his staff. I had an appointment and was 20 minutes early and paid $100 on what I owed. Sat for an hour without being called, then the receptionist (who is very rude and no manners at all) told me I would have to pay 141.00 to be seen and I told her I did not have it today. I have always paid them but still would not see me. I have hypothyroidism and high blood pressure and I could not even get a refill on my medicine. I will probably end up in the ER soon now. I was treated very badly and they did not even care.
