I was experiencing some pain and sensitivity to pressure after having some old fillings replaced. Dr. Merrill and his staff worked on the problem several times over a period of months trying to correct it. They finally were able to relieve the discomfort by redoing the filling. They went above what I expected in the time spent figuring out the problems and correcting them. And I was amazed that he did not charge me to fix this, even after spending hours of their time. One star was given because the staff is very nice, otherwise I would give negative stars. I had several fillings that a previous dentist did. They weren't causing pain or problems, but Dr. Merrill insisted they were failing. Since those 3 fillings, 1 became a root canal and the other 2 are borderline. The root canal didn't heal. It's because New London Dental actually cracked the root! So after the root canal being done 2x, it's now being extracted! Don't waste your time, money or teeth!

I am a worry wart about seeing a dentist. I put it off way too long. He was so kind and explained everything. He did what he said. He IS a great dentist. We moved, but I will travel over an hour to have him as my dentist.
