Dr Levy is an amazing doctor and he helped me through my treatment of rheumatoid arthritis. All the nurses are supper friendly and have answered all my questions. I only recommend Dr Levy no one else
They give you an appointment for 9am they show up at 9:30 am and you wait for another 30 mns to be seeing…not a professional place to be

Horrible Dr!! I would NEVER recommend anyone to go to him!!!!
you have to call an answering service and wait on hold for 20 minutes to be connected to the doctor’s office. then they speak to you in an unacceptable, rude fashion. i just spoke with someone who admitted she was “not a doctor” but told me how to take my medication and that the doctor could stop prescribing a medication at any time, whether or not it was something that required tapering. upon googling, the medication is indeed something which requires weaning. she then said i was just mad because they were taking my pain medication away and suggested i have a problem with it, despite the fact that i take LESS than the prescribed amount. when i began to list the reasons why i was fed up with this office and would find another rheumatologist, she continued listing the medications i take, and again, this not being any kind of healthcare practitioner, this was completely inappropriate and she was totally out of her depth. this, after earlier in the week speaking with a PA, instead of the doctor, for some reason, who continuously interrupted me, put in a referral for pain management, after i explained that i have a pain management doctor and demonstrated a complete lack of knowledge of my diagnosis, it’s symptoms and how it is treated. you have to call an answering service and wait on hold for 20 minutes to be connected to the doctor’s office. then they speak to you in an unacceptable, rude fashion. i just spoke with someone who admitted she was “not a doctor” but told me … More
Dr. Levy needs to retire. He is so out of date with current lupus medications and treatments. It is truly appalling. His staff are some of the rudest people I have ever encountered. There are other doctors out there. Do yourself a favor and go to one.

Very unprofessional staff at the front desk. Office Manager “Pat” was very rude and did not show any concern when I expressed my need for refill on a medication. She proceeded to tell me that my medication could not be refilled until I completed my lab work. I explained to her that in order to prevent a flare up of my autoimmune disease, I need to take my medication everyday and could not miss a day (by this time it had been 3 days since I last took my medication). I asked her to ask the doctor to refill a couple days worth of medications in order to prevent a flare up of my FMF or if I could speak to the doctor directly to express my concerns and she refused to contact the doctor until I completed my lab work. As you can imagine, I have had a hard time scheduling an appointment to get my lab work done in the middle of a global pandemic. It's not the nurses, or Dr. Larisa Magid that made me give this place a 1 star. The staff is very friendly & professional. Dr. Magid is very caring & knowledgeable. I think it's why you get to meet her first before Dr. Levy. I'm sure he's a good doctor in his prime but he's a little over his retiring age. I am sorry for being so blunt but being prescribed 10,000mg of Vitamin D for having Vitamin D deficiency is not acceptable unless you have been told to get more sun first or drink more fluids with vitamin D in them or eat more foods that have vitamin D in them. Pills is not the answer to problems in life. It's what we eat that cause us these ailments and pills just cover one up while giving u a worse side effects. Also being prescribed 2x different stomach pills when I didn't have any stomach problems or complains is just disappointing. I'm not say saying don't go to this office, what I'm saying is do your research. Understand what taking medication means in the long term with side effects that are far worse than the symptoms you have that you take the doctor given medications. Worst service ever! I was referred to doctor Levy but was given his PA Larissa, nice enough but doesn't seem to know how to do her job. I went in for a visit and she suggested I take Flexeril or Biflacin for my pain associated with Fibromyalgia and told me to speak to my doctor. My primary wasnt comfortable prescribing something that the rheumatologist suggested. My psychiatrist was shocked she even did that and said that if she suggested something she should prescribe it. He kindly called her for me and they had a discussion of medications. He called me back and said that out of the two muscle relaxers she suggested one of them interacts with the sleep meds I'm on. So I called the office and asked if she could call in a prescription for the one that wouldn't interact with my sleep meds and am now being told my psychiatrist has to prescribe it. He legally cannot prescribe me muscle relaxers. This place is a joke. RUN AWAY!! I will be looking for another rheumatologist. Worst service ever! I advise you to find another doctor. This office is extremely unresponsive. They do not return a call. I can not make an appointment. My pharmacy faxes them a request for medication and it is IGNORED! I give up and I recommend you do the same See other frustrated patients on YELP! weird, I had the exact opposite experience as the 1 star reviews. I waited for a short time, saw his pa briefly and then I was seen by Dr. Levy.
Took my mother to see Dr. Levy and she was seen and treated by his Physicians Assistant, Sharona. Every time I've taken my mother for medical care elsewhere she is never addressed as the patient; because she is elderly, they only talk to me, ask me questions and even when they prescribe treatment they look at me like my mom is a deaf mute!! I never asked them to address me! Sharona treated my mother so professionally; with the utmost respect and kindness. She took her time to listen to my mom's issues and addressed each concern my mom had. By carefully listening and asking questions she was able to recommend an excellent treatment plan that is working. If you have elderly parents, see Sharona. Ask for her even if the appointment is for yourself. Sharona needs to teach doctors how to treat and listen to patients! Thank you Sharona! The wait time is at lease 30 minutes but has been as long as 90 minutes. The office looks extremely old and out dated. They only recently started to accept credit cards. Once they didn't obtain the approval from my insurance prior to the appointment & didn't bother to let me know until I got there. Rescheduling means another few months as there is no availability for urgency. They are also awful at getting back to pharmacys and calling in prescriptions in a timely manner.

Never saw Dr. Levy. We were forced to see his PA Carole Horowitz, who had horrible bedside manners. after waiting 2 months for out appointment, they insisted that we see the PA prior to receiving a consult with the doctor. upon our request to see Dr. Levy, we were provided with a another appointment 2 moths out to see the doctor. After all was said and done Dr. Levy's office manager called to say that she collaborated with Dr. Levey and he wants us to consult with the PA prior to seeing him. In short a patient has to deal with pain and discomfort for 4 months prior to seeing a doctor, just kidding not a doctor rather his helper at this office.
