It's impossible to get anyone on the phone to make an appointment for the next surgery so I'm stuck with a drain hanging out of my butt. Humana and medicare and primary and me has tried many times to get hold of that office, but their phone loops and no human ever answers and their receptionist if you do manage to get them can't answer questions and can't take messages and can't answer their phone and it's truly frustating to be stuck with a drain sticking out of my butt and no way of contacting my surgeon. This has been truly a long nightmare for me so I have to keep scheduling rides to go to his office in person and take a chance that someone will be there to answer questions, schedule the next surgery or leave a message. I have tried every route I can't find to get in touch with this surgeon or even his office and get a human to answer the phone. If three other agencies are trying to help get this surgery for me and can't get hold of him, this is a case to submitt a complaint. How?

Dr. Karas was great, took care of my issue the same day, however, the staff at the Stonerock Cir location are rude and unprofessional. The receptionist booked my follow-up at another location and failed to tell me, so I missed my follow-up and when I called the Underwood location it took 20 minutes to answer and Jessie did not correct the issue, actually asked if I was going to make it from Sand Lake Road to there. It was already 10:35 before they answered the phone. Dr. Karas you need to train your employee better. Unacceptable.

Dr Karas and his nurse Dionne, are the absolute best! I came in with an emergency situation, my OB/GYN had got me the consult appointment, but I was so worried I was going to have to wait for a procedure. He could see the pain I was in and directly admitted me for surgery. I went from level 10 pain to zero in less than 24 hours, he is absolutely amazing. His bedside manner is impeccable, I continue treatment and follow up as well with 100% patient care.

Yes, he was wonderful!

Overall seems very pleasant. I found him to be cocky and ean egomaniac. Caused severe nerve damage to my male reproductive system.

My experience is excellent. My tumor and cancer are gone. zThank you, Dr Karas. I cannot say enugh. He bends over backwards.
