I could not ask for a better Doctor to take care of my needs. Susan is also the greatest.

This is a great place to go to for all of your spine needs. Everyone was pleasant and helpful.

The doctors and staff are absolutely awesome. They work very hard to help you and genuinely care about you. I highly recommend them.

Absolutely everyone in office was courteous, I was treated within 48 hours with insurance approval done. Dr Hare himself is very comforting while also efficient. Made my procedure as pleasant as he could have.

Best doctor and staff in the south for quality care and treatment for any spinal pain or issues. Dr Hare is the best and listens to his patients. If your looking for a Dr. who truly CARES about you, then this place is it! Parking is excellent..wait time is great! I haven't had a long wait time, ever! And I've been coming here 2 yrs now! Dr. Hare is a very caring and thorough doctor. He listens to me and answers all of my questions. I look forward to all of my visits.

I have been seeing Dr Hare for over 5 years. He has always taken the time to fully explain my condition and treatment plan. Only have had one long visit of over an hour usually in and out within 45 minutes. Always treated with respect by all employees. I would highly recommend his practice to anyone with back problems.

hes very good i didnt go see him for meds i went cuz i need injections now my back is so messed up can hardly walk from moving n now hes sending me for a MRI cuz i need surgery i believe its hard to get surgery hes helping me no problem ive had surgery twice once i couldnt walk n was dragging my self on floor dont wanna get that bad again dr hare is awsum a life saver thank god i have a walker n shower stool for when times r hard thnx for being such a good dr u really r helping ppl unlike some places

I was in the office on Friday the 21st of September I had an appointment with Zach and while I was there the power went out Zach came in and we talked for a few minutes but since the power was out they couldn't print out my prescription for my pain meds He said he would take care of it he has to get Dr Hare to approve it and he would call it in to my pharmacy Well it's the next day and guess what no one has called my pharmacy and I've got 1 pill left for tonight I wish the power hadn't gone out I know it's not their fault But tomorrow is going to be an extremely tough day without my meds I've seen Dr Hare 1 time and I really like him and I've been seeing Zach He's a real nice guy and has a good plan how to help me I know the power outage wasn't their fault unless they didn't pay their bill this month but I'm pretty sure that's not the reason Bottom line is I need my pills I was in the office on Friday the 21st of September I had an appointment with Zach and while I was there the power went out Zach came in and we talked for a few minutes but since the power was out they couldn't print out my prescription for … More

Wonderful and caring staff. Dr. Joshua Hare has the kindest bedside manner. I know he truly cares about my well-being and has my best interests at heart.

I have suffered from Interstitial Cystitis for over 21/2yrs. It’s actually longer but wAs finally diagnosed through surgery and biopsies over 2yrs ago. I have travelled from Emory Hospital, To Vanderbilt to Knoxville and back to Nashville over this 4 yr time frame, from a Dr that punctured my bladder and had no idea who could repair it. after finally finding someone then came on the IC diagnosis. Spent more time than I wanted to in Drs offices begging for help, I don’t sleep, I can’t go more than 30 mins without finding a restroom. Always on antibiotics because of bladder infections, and agonizing discomfort and pain. Which then turned to Anxiety because Drs treated me like I was crazy. When I’m Aug and Oct my heart started being affected by the stress of this. My psychiatrist finally decided she wanted me to see Dr Hare. I was completely ready to be treated like I was crazy. Like I’ve made up the whole illnesses, but NO Dr Hare has treated me with the best of care, has been on top of the meds and that after being a guinea pig and prone to the worst side affects Dr Hare answers my emails promptly and tells me exactly what I need and how we will handle the situation. I still am having anxiety from this ordeal but I think Dr Singh and Dr Hare are finally the people I need in my corner. His staff is great, I’m always treated with a smiling face and upon leaving I believe Kim is her name is sweet As possible. I’d recommend them without question. The primary care Dr. I have been going to for the past 10 years is dying, so I had to look for another Dr. Dr. Hare took me on as a patient KNOWING the medicine I had been taking for the past decade and knowing that it has worked for me 100% with zero complaints. I just want a MUCH LOWER dose than I am currently taking... How many patients come in asking for LESS? I am one of few, I am sure. AFTER WAITING A FULL HOUR, Dr. Hare doesn't even show up, his NP came in his place. This jerk wouldn't even look me in eye. Probably because he knew he was wrong and what he was doing was unethical. I was told by a pain management Dr. At a pain management facility, that they had reached a maximum capacity for pain medication patients?!! Then why take me as a patient? If your not going to properly be able to treat me? Oh yeah, to drain my insurance and waste 2 months of my time!! Apparently he is all about the money. Run, don't walk from this unethical practice. He should have Never taken me in as a patient if he was not able to treat me. Period. He came in with a plan to better my health after looking at my MRIs and previous health problems. He is very knowledgeable kind courteous direct and an excellent doctor! I have been to him for two procedures that have been right on point to stop my pain! For me is the man with the plan to make me feel better and have some kind of quality of life! I love doctor Hare. He listens to you and has great bedside manner. He really seems to care about his patients and tries to do everything in his power to help you with pain relief. I have had some issues with other staff there in the past but never with him. I highly recommend this doctor.

Someone called me about having me come in and she was very rude and bad mannered. Needs shown correct way to speak and speak to people. Sad woman Doctor great but this one person sad

Good doctor if you actually get to see him, his NP needs a refreher course in how to talk to patience like people.

Had been a patient for years and when my wife started a travel nurse career. I requested records and they told me that I had to self discharge if I was going to see another Dr. . After 2 years of not going to a Pain Management Dr., I started having problems again. My family physician referred me to Dr. Hare which is in with Dr. Bunker and his staff called to set up an appointment but after I told them I had been there before they said they did not know if they would accept me back into their system. Terrible way to treat a patient that had been loyal for so long. Hamilton Medical Center facilities are a joke. Go to Rome or Chattanooga where they care about the patients and when you have an appt. at a certain time you see the physician within 5 min of your appt. time and don't sit in a office waiting room for 2 hours. Dr Hare has eased my sciatic pain in both hips. Next week possibly my shoulder will be better. He does this with ablation.

2 hr. wait on initial & only visit. General info & appts phone prompt - be prepared to go to voicemail. I specifically asked for a nurse twice to no avail to address issue with a med. Call was not returned after 2 days. I accessed Patient Portal & saw personal info was wrong and, as of today, still seeing prompt insurance is ineligible though it is accepted by this practice & valid. Staff member stated Dr. is in ofc 2 days a week, does procedures remaining 3 making scheduling difficult.

He's a great doctor ,he's tried everything possible to stop my pain, I wouldn't change doctors and he's still working on my problem hope to get it solved soon.

Dr Hare is amazing and truly wants to relieve the pain you are in. He's been my Dr for over 2 years and I will continue to see him as long as he's here.
