There are no words to describe how amazing my experience with Dr. Greenwald has been. I did a revision of my breast augmentation and also my scars. They both came out great! I was extremely unsatisfied with my previous breast augmentation and scars. It took me a long time to choose a surgeon because I was scared of what the outcome would be, but I now know I made the right choice of doing my revision. Not only did he do an awesome job, he is also so friendly and so easy to talk to about all your worries and concerns. All his staff are amazing as well. If you have been thinking of doing a revision stop thinking and just book your appointment! You won’t regret it!

Had my last post op tummy tuck appointment with Dr. Greenwald. Saw 4 different doctors for consultations. Once I left Dr. Greenwald's office I knew I wanted him to do my surgery. He is an artist, I am so happy with my results. He was amazing through the entire process. Saw him for all my appointments, always made me feel comfortable and safe. Dr Greenwald was respectful, patient with all my questions and concerns, personable and real. He made me feel comfortable during my visits and a-shored me he would do his best. After the surgery I went home with no pain at all , little discomfort and never used pain medicine! I was walking around and able to stand straight. My incision healed beautifully. About one year ago,Dr.Greenwald did my liposuction at first I wasn’t 100% pleased with the results because I guess that I was still swollen from the surgery but currently I am 90% satisfied with my results,.I would highly recommend him because my daughter and I felt very safe with him. Realistically some or most patients are not going to be completely satisfied with their results after surgery but that doesn’t mean that they are not a great surgeon! It's been 6 months since my surgery with Dr Greenwald and I couldn't be more happy! I wanted to do breast augmentation for a long time and I felt very overwhelmed looking for a surgeon, until I found Dr Greenwald. I researched a lot of places and it was almost difficult to get any information and details from websites, I almost gave up! Just from reading his website, Dr Greenwald was first and only doctor I wanted to see in person. I called the office and was told that i can also email him using the form on the website. They offered a zoom consultation first, but I didn't want to waste mine and his time and scheduled to see him in person. When I met Dr Greenwald I knew right away that I'm going to come back for the surgery. I felt very comfortable around him and I trusted him. I had a breast implant spontaneously rupture. After going to 2 other plastic surgeons for a consult I went to Dr. Greenwald. I knew on that first visit, he was the surgeon. I had an absolutely terrible breast augmentation consultation with Dr. Greenwald. As soon as he came into the room he was very aloof and it felt as though he had more important places to be. He talked at me as if the whole spiel was rehearsed and completely disregarded my concerns and questions, and my desired aesthetic outcome. The entire appointment was about 20 minutes, which in in stark contrast to the surgeon I actually had my procedure with, who sat down with me for over an hour to discuss in detail everything that went into the procedure and how it would be unique to me. With Dr. Greenwald I didn't even get to see or touch a single implant. He physically pushed and pulled me around like I was a rag doll when talking about my body proportions. He quickly gave me the precise number of CCs he would use on me without giving me a range of options to choose from. I was practically running out of there by the time it was over. Now every time I think of that day I feel icky.

They were there for me every step of the way (PLUS plenty of pre-op and post-op phone calls and check-ins!) and made me feel calm, safe, and confident. Dr. Greenwald immediately had me feeling comfortable. He took time with the initial visit, and answered all of my questions. The office visits were prompt with little to no waiting. The office staff is helpful regarding appointment accommodations and insurance. The staff at the surgery center was wonderful as well. I love the results of my breast reduction/lift. The pain management post surgery was exceptional, (I literally had ZERO pain, but everyone is different). I did not have any complications. I am 8 months post surgery and have never felt better. I continue to see Dr. Greenwald for follow ups and other cosmetic procedures.

This past Monday Morning as I was opening the blinds in my apartment prior to leaving for work, the top part of the apparatus fell and sliced my eyebrow wide open . Needless to say I was in utter shock and panic . As a doctor myself , (and being a tad vain ;)) I knew I wasn’t going to to the emergency room To have a first year surgery resident repair the laceration. A plastic surgeon was absolutely where I was headed . After asking 2 colleagues who are also close friends of mine , for plastic surgeons in Westchester, the same name came up : Dr . Josh Greenwald. Sold. That’s where I was headed . I made the phone call immediately and Pearl , the administrative assistant answered . Not only did she tell me to come right in, she guided me to the office Since I’m A bit technologically illiterate lol… what a doll . When I arrive , , the office is impeccable, clean , professional, and the most friendly staff I have EVER encountered.I was ushered in IMMEDIATELY and finally had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Greenwald. Pleasant , comforting , professional and confident , he took a look and my eye and went right to work . After he repaired the laceration , which was done efficiently and as close to “perfect “ as perfect can be , I shook his hand and went on my merry way to the front desk staff . Dr. Greenwald was the first surgeon I met with in-person and I immediately knew that I would book with him for my breast augmentation during the first 5 minutes. His bedside manner is impeccable. Not to mention, he's extremely knowledgeable and experienced so I already felt comfortable when he answered all the questions I had lined up during the first part of the appointment. I was really clear on the shape and size that I wanted and Dr. Greenwald provided his professional advice on the type of implant and necessary size to ensure they were as symmetrical as possible. Everyone at his office is so friendly and helpful, not just with booking appointments but also with questions. My surgery was in July 2021 and the day of the surgery went so smoothly, everything is clean and everyone on staff is friendly. I was in and out within 4 hours of arriving (prep, surgery, recovery, etc.). Within 3 days, I had minimal pain and was taking OTC Tylenol with no complaints and was able to dress myself by day 2. If you are in the process of looking for a surgeon, Dr. Greenwald is your guy. He has consistent near perfect reviews across the board on almost every site. I had a no implant breast lift done by this surgeon & would only recommend Dr. Greenwald to my friends and family. Having had a slight case of TBD (Tubular Breast Deformity) and only now at 29 years old getting it resolve it is like starting my life again. Before this surgery I hadn't even realized how much compensating I had done for my breasts. Small things to big; from tops I had purchased my entire adult life, to bras, swimsuits, and dresses. Everything was tailored around my breast. Having been an athlete I had to hide my breast in changing rooms from my colleagues because I was aware they hadn't developed properly. I was made aware of these unconscious mannerisms only after having my breast corrected and watching my behavior toward my breast change. My best friend had a breast augmentation done by Dr. Greenwald 2 years ago. After seeing her results and having my consult with him I knew he was the only surgeon I wanted to do work on me! He is the cosmetic surgery master!! From my consult, to the ease of scheduling, getting my covid test, checking in the day of surgery, the operation, my post op appt-all has been fabulous! Amazing doctor and staff!

Sorry to leave a bad review BUT....I feel that your front line to clients is vital. I have called 3x to check on my virtual consultation for which I sent images and confidential information. Each time, your staff has said, "Oh, I'll call you back," or "Let me check with the doctor." This has been several weeks of waiting. Honestly, it took me a long time to send as I'm conservative with cosmetic procedures. So, it makes me question how would I get in contact with the doctor should an issue ever arise. I think you shouldn't advertise these visits when there's zero follow-through. So, I will look elsewhere.

Dr. Greenwald’s hands are simply made of gold!! I went to him for a breast augmentation in September. My breast were very asymmetric and deflated after 3 kids. From the moment I met Dr. Greenwald I knew he was the right surgeon. He was extremely patient and listened to all my concerns. Being a mom of three I wanted to restore my pre pregnancy breasts. Any patient considering Dr. Greenwald beware. He does not do aesthetic surgery. I went to him for a consultation for breast implant replacement surgery. My existing implants ruptured. They lasted almost 30 years because they were not smooth so I did not have the complications that come with smooth surface implants such as hardening. One breast dropped and needs to be lifted which he supposedly does. Women seek cosmetic surgery to correct aesthetic problems. He said that even though I have asymmetries, it's natural for this to occur over time, and he wants to be "quick" so would put in a new implant of his choosing (Allergan smooth), and leave one breast lower than the other, no lift, no attempt at symmetry because my appearance wouldn't matter given my age (60's). I was horrified.He's supposed to do cosmetic work. His patients need aesthetic cosmetic surgery afterwards to do the work he doesn't do. His website pervasively misleads. He does not align with womens' dignity or interests.

I went to Dr Greenwald for a Breast Augmentation. I went from a AA cup to a full B cup. I am 9 months post op and I love my results. Recovery during the first month was tough for me as this was my first surgery, but Dr Greenwald was attentive and made sure to see me anytime I had concerns. This staff is also very kind. They do hospitality right. The day of surgery I had more anxiety than usual and the staff they were very kind, soft spoken, and accommodating, not only to me but for my family who was with me. I recommend Dr Greenwald to all my friends and family in the New York area.

This review is based on a breast augmentation I received. Dr. Greenwald did an outstanding job! I was nervous at first for obvious reasons but it was the best thing I ever did. He was professional in every visit and each time was quick and simple. I never felt uneasy or concerned, it was obvious he knew what he was doing. He helps find the best size for you based on your body shape, shoulders etc. I trusted his judgement and so happy I did. The pain was tough the first day or two but that’s with any surgery. They gave me meds to make me comfortable and after the first couple of days it was just a matter of being restricted with how you move your arms. I am a PE teacher and I was back at work in 5 days. The bra they give you is just a cloth clip bra, no bandages or anything. Even swollen I loved them. The first couple of weeks I could feel the side of the implant on one side and I was nervous but as they settled, so did the implant and it disappeared. I went to several consultations with plastic surgeons for a neck lift and an eye lift and I knew the first time that I met Dr. Greenwald he would be the "The Wizard ." He is professional and his attention to details addressing my wants and expectations were off the charts ! The Dr. explained everything and always answered any questions I had, pre and post op. Where do I begin to say how AMAZING Dr G is. I walked into a consultation with him back in January for a breast augmentation and I knew from then that he would be the one to perform my procedure. I was about an A cup and I told him exactly what I was looking to do. He shared his clinical opinion in that he thought that would be great and I could even go a little larger if I wanted to for my frame (I ended up going to a small to mid C cup instead of a full B that I originally intended). During the consultation he answered every single question and eased my worries regarding any complications or pain. He assured me that I’d be given sufficient medications for my pain, antibiotic and muscle relaxer to make the healing process as comfortable as possible. The day of my procedure of course I was nervous, however, prior to the surgery he came in and prepped me and again made me feel at ease and reassured me. After my procedure I did not have much pain..it was more so pressure. He checked on me that night to make sure I was feeling okay. I ONLY TOOK MY PAIN MEDICATIONS THAT FIRST DAY! The next day I was on Tylenol Extra Strength and taking my muscle relaxers and antibiotic as directed. I really did not have pain. I just felt pressure on my chest and day by day it became less noticeable. HE DID AN AMAZING JOB ON MY BREAST AUGMENTATION. I love my results, they look incredibly natural which is what I wanted. I have been on a journey for nearly 20 years. I had always been heavy and finally made the decision to change my life. I did this after seeing Dr. Greenwald in 2004. When I saw him, I weighed 274 pounds. I was looking for a quick fix and had already scheduled liposuction and a tummy tuck with another surgeon. I decided to see Dr. Greenwald at the encouragement of my primary doctor. He bluntly told me I was not ready for an elective procedure for a number of reasons. We discussed my weight loss struggles and he thought I should seek out professional help. I went all in and with the help of a nutritionist and trainer lost more than 100 pounds over a three year period. I returned to Dr Greenwald in 2007 weighing 164. He told me I was ready and I lit up. I had a tummy tuck and a breast lift lith implants in 2008 - 11 years later I still look perfect... i may need a little touch up but am still so happy. In 2013, I had a neckift and upper and lower eyelid surgery performed. His old office was a more like a home than his new place but the new office is spectacular. I got liposuction done on my love handles (I’m 21) and now I feel confident in wearing bikinis and in general. I have gone to other doctors for consultations and they were all over priced and pushy for my money and always tried getting me to do other surgeries. Dr.Greenwald was not like any of them , he took his time to listen to me and answer all my questions. After my surgery I literally felt no pain ( amazing !) and I know I was swollen after I took of my bandage wrap but I was IN LOVE with my results!!! And they just kept getting better as the weeks went on. I will definitely be going back to Dr.Greenwald for any other surgery I would like to get in the future . This review is long over due. Dr. Greenwald has operated on my three children and all are thrilled with his work. I finally decided to take the plunge after my 60th birthday. I had a neck lift and upper/lower eyelid lift performed and count not be happier. I look like a younger version of myself! My neck had always been a problem area but is now perfect. My eyes look refreshed and youthful. Though Dr Greenwald has gotten so much busier and a little grayer since my family first started with him, he still treats you like you are his only patient of the day.

My experience with Dr. Greenwald and his staff has been amazing, everyone is professional and friendly. I had a crescent lift, augmentation and correction of tubular breast. Despite the complexity, recovery was smooth without complications and my results are very natural. A year post op now and the scar has healed so well it’s barely visible. Never imagined my breast would look this good.

After my two children, I had a five finger abdominal muscle separation (diastasis recti) that would not shrink with physical therapy. My physical therapist suggested that I have tummy tuck to close my diastasis as well as get rid of the excess skin. It feels so great to have strong stomach muscles and to no longer worry about diastasis or extra skin. I would definitely recommend Dr. Greenwald to anyone looking to have a tummy tuck. You will not be disappointed. Also, the staff in Dr. Greenwald ‘s office was great during the process.

Choosing a surgeon is both a personal and serious decision. I spent considerable time researching physicians and went to a handful of consultations which I deemed an interview of sorts. I decided to proceed with Dr. Greenwald earlier this year, and had two procedures (breast lift and tummy tuck) simultaneously in early May.
