Amazing experience from reception to meeting with Dr. Gooden. Could not have had a better experience. Even though this is a small town, Scott City Eye Center has the latest technology and an amazing staff.

One of the best,if not the best eye exams I have ever had. All of the employees were most courteous and polite. Kind of like the old days,when people genuinely cared about each other. Dr.Gooden and his employees get my vote.

Got some debris in my eye and ended up scratching my eye multiple times. Everyone was very helpful and professional from the time I walked in tilll the time I left Dr Gooden called later in the day to check up on how my eye was doing after treatment. Very cool. The most modern and updated optometrist office, I’ve been in! The computer, machines and tools they utilize for my yearly eye exam was truly fascinating!! The array of glasses and sunglasses were something you would find in a much larger city. Tons and tons of options. The little tech gal was super patient while I tried on numerous options! I was even fitted for a pair of contacts which I’ve not been able to wear for many years! Dr. Gooden took the time to listen to the issues I’ve had in the past and recommend contacts based on that! Dr. Gooden is very professional and does an excellent job doing a diabetic eye exam. His eye exam equipment is “State of The Art” and modern. I got into my appointment on time.

Dr. Goodwin and all his staff are super kind. He was able to see me last minute and was super kind about it. They also kept all my information about what glasses I wanted from months and months back and I didn’t have to go through all the set up again. I am really happy with my choice of an eye doctor for my kids and myself.

Office manager tried to sell me exam, frames and lens. Instead of service I received from different optometrist. They ordered me same frames, next day delivery. I was in Virginia. WOW!
