Dr. Joshua B Frank

Dr. Frank did my Rotator cuff surgery. He is thorough and professional. Explained all of the possible outcomes and procedures. He answered all my questions. I felt as comfortable as you can having surgery. I would recommend him to my family and friends who had an orthopedic issue.

As always, a great experience when going to see a doctor ad Coastal. Dr. Frank spent time with me explaining my injury and the options. He is conservative in his approach to treating and injury when possible. I had a cortisone shot to my knee. On a pain scale of 1-10, it was a ZERO. He knows what he is doing. This is my second visit with Dr. Frank. First time with shoulder issues and now with knee issues. The staff here is really friendly and personable. The safety measures because of this COVID-19 crisis were spot on. I felt safe and well cared for. I went back to Dr. Frank because he did such a good job with my shoulder. My 5yo broke his arm and we went to Norwalk Hospital to have it treated. Dr. Frank is the surgeon that worked on my boy. The Dr was very calming and informative and able to communicate information in a way that we fully understood the circumstances and plan of treatment. At his office the nurses as well as Dr Frank were great with my son. They talked to him instead of over him. They listened to him and did not push him. Than did a great job of calming his fear and made the casting very fun for my son. He really likes this Dr office and has no fear of going back. Doc Frank & Doc Bast are talented professionals. Amazingly responsive office staff, friendly professional and they time all visit so we patients can be protected with safe social distancing during Covid crisis. I am very grateful for their care.

Excellent service out if the Westport office, from receptionist to physicians assistance to Dr Frank. Immediate results with extra and subsequent prescribed treatment for a very painful shoulder condition.

Over the past 3 months I've had the pleasure of working with Dr. Josh Frank. Throughout my treatment Dr. Frank was extremely thorough, followed through as promised, coordinated my treatment with a specialist and has met with me on follow up visits. I have appreciated his expertise and knowledge, his communications, his direction, his honesty and the caring, positive and friendly attitude that he has displayed. I have also been very pleased with his support staff in the Norwalk and in Westport Offices who also, have been very helpful and concerned and kept everyone safe during the pandemic..

Is my second time that I was in need of Dr. Frank and his services. I was met with speedy professional and clear instructions on what his course of action would be for my injury. He is a no nonsense guy and exudes confidence through every step. He will get this fireman Back doing what he loves in short order.

Dr. Frank is a great doctor, he is kind and you get the feeling that he is truly concerned for your wellbeing; you don?t get that from some doctors these days. I felt like he was ?in my corner? from diagnosis to completion of therapy. I wish that he was also a general MD; if he was I would be very happy to have him as my regular medical doctor. I have no reservations what so ever in recommending him to anyone. Also his staff was great, they went the extra mile in helping me.

Extremely kind and very knowledgeable. Would recommend him to all family and friends. Couldn't walk one day, was treated by Dr Frank for a few months, and am back to regular activities. Very happy to have been a patient of his.
