Dr Capell is by far the best doctor we’ve ever had, on every level. He is an expert in his field, and genuinely cares for his patients.

Sloppy,unprofessional,egotisticalincompetent man was the attending physician in the ICU @ NY Presbyterian/Columbia Morgan Stanley Childrens Hospital & was a complete nightmare to deal with. No respect for the patient, their parents or the protocols of the hospital. Never introduced himself as a Dr. when he barged into our room, didn't washed his hands & incessantly scratched at the open psoriasis lesions on his elbows as he condescendingly & incorrectly spoke to us about my sons situation.
