The care was excellent

Dr. Bratt is not only a great dentist, he is also a very good person. He cares about his patients. In my case he took care of me with my first crown. He took me through it step by step and help me through this difficult situation. His entire office is just as great!!! Thank you Dr. Bratt!!!

Dr. Bratt and staff are top notch when it comes to all aspects of dental care! They go out of their way to make you feel comfortable from the minute you walk in the door until you leave! I have been to various dentists on Long Island but none of them compare to Dr. Bratt and his staff...a well oiled machine!!

Jenn’s warm welcoming approach led me to select this dental care office among other dentists with referrals. She gave me a clue how friendly and professional this dental team is. Amy has featherweight hands, skillful and she gave me high quality prophylactic treatment which I haven’t experienced from prior hygienists. The staff is very friendly and the office is very clean. They made me feel right at home! I would recommend this dentist for sure!

Dr Bratt and his staff have been a great experience for me. I have had a pass experience with a dentist that was not good. Dr Bratt took my concerns and consideration and made my experience so much better. I would recommend this to anyone that wants a real dentist to take care of you. Thank you for taking care of me!

Dr Bratt and his staff are very professional and do a great job! The office is clean and they take all COVID precautions. I would highly recommend them.

I have had TMJ for many years. Recently, I began to experience pain in my ears and jaw line. I saw Dr. Bratt for a check up, and he suggested I try a splint (night appliance) for my TMJ. He was patient, thorough with questions, instructions, and really listened to my concerns. My next appointment was for impressions. When the splint (night appliance) came back from the lab, I returned to Dr. Bratt’s office. Due to his expertise, the splint (night appliance) fit comfortably. Dr. Bratt followed up with a phone call two days later to see how I was handling the splint (night appliance) and how I was feeling. I went for a follow up visit two weeks later, and I am scheduled for an appointment in three weeks. The receptionist Denise was outstanding and extremely helpful. My mother needed a root canal and she was extremely nervous about it. Dr. Bratt went out of his way to make sure she was comfortable throughout the process. I would definitely recommend this office.

Found doctor Bratt through a referral after a recent move back home to Long Island. When I first moved, I was very concerned because I had finally (after so many years) found a dentist that I liked in NJ. I was so satisfied that I contemplated driving back there for dental visits, but I gave the referral a chance and tried Dr Bratt's office. I am happy to say that I could not be more pleased with my decision. Let's be honest, for most people the dentist office is not a enjoyable experience, but the doctor and staff can have a significant impact on that either in a positive or negative fashion. Dr. Bratt has such a welcoming demeanor and truly cares for his patients. He takes his time to ensure you are comfortable throughout any procedure. Trish who works the front desk is always friendly and helpful whether on the phone or in person. Tina and Amy (his hygienists) are equally as comforting, caring, and extremely proficient.
