I have never had a worse experience than using this doctor. She does not follow up or seem to even care about patient health. I would definitely not recommend her for any reason!

One Hour plus wait time, rude staff, Physician orders things that aren't not addressing my medical issues, can't get test results, physician doesn't follow up at all &doesn't care about patients.

Dr Maria and her staff are professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. She takes time to listen to you, and answers any health questions you may have. Thank you all for caring about your patients.

I was trying to make an appointment with my husband and the secretary denied to give me an appointment for him.

Long wait time. Kicked from being a patient due to not following her medical plan. Prescription overdose and didn't state what all they were for. Sent me to the hospital for 4 days where they took me off her medicine. Took 10 tubes of blood but made me schedule multiple appointments and NEVER got results. I will be doing a complaint against her if I don't get what I paid for this week! Staff was nice though in my face anyways. Much More but that's all I can say without any violent thoughts forming.

I’ve actually been a patient for years. Never missed an appointment. I’ve always paid for services ahead of time. By most of the staff I am treated with respect. Dr Maria on the other hand does not listen. Today is a Thursday. The end of the month. I’m disabled, on a fixed income, and have social security with Medicare. Limiting my resources greatly. I was out of refills of badly needed IBS medication, blood pressure medication, and other meds. None are narcotics, or benzo’s, or even any schedule at all drugs. They refused to call any in to get me thru until I could be seen next. Without blood pressure medication, I could have a stroke, or heart attack. Without my IBS medication, eating is next to impossible. I would understand if I were a drug seeker, and these were scheduled drugs. One of these drugs is life threatening. After a discussion with a good friend who is a lawyer, he said any heart attack, stroke, or bad to come from this the liability is theirs. Think twice b4 u go there.

Staff was friendly but I waited with my wife for 2 hours and never was seen for a scheduled appointment. I watched 4 other patients come and go after we arrived and 3 unscheduled meetings occur during this time. It was a waste of an afternoon. In all I would not step foot into this doctors office again.

This is the worst Dr.I have ever been too .She is all business no compassion or feelings towards me at all.She will cut you off all MEDS if you don't go back in to see her once a month.I am not able to go in for my MEDS I'm going through h-ll now for 8 months since going to her! My last Dr was caring and thought more of his patients then he did money!But I had to find another Dr.after mine retired I was healthy for those 20 years of going to a great and wonderful friend and a Dr.sorry for all of this but had to get it out of me. If I can leave less than a one star I would. Took a test that said that my thyroid glands were enlarged and here we are the yr is almost over and dr. Maria sent me to see an endocrinologist yet, instead she sent me to see a cardiologist saying the health field is changing. Cardiologist says that not what we do. Also needed to see an orthopedic doctor for about 3yrs now and I'm still getting the run around. Was supposed to see a specialist about my iron deficiency, still nothing has been done.

I do not recommend Maria. She only wants to draw blood which she profits from. She wants to put you on various medications and not really tell you why. She makes fun of other patients in front of patients. I have heard this.Females accompany males in the restroom to give urine samples. Plan to spend hours there. I’ve been to both offices thinking one was better then the other but not at all!

I was kicked out of this facility while i had a moderate to severe kidney infection. By far the WORST place. Wait times are crazy! The staff is BEYOND rude. OSHA needs to come in and shut them down for being unsanitary. They actually did me a favor by releasing me from the practice. I gag when i drive by this place. Im trying to think of one nice thing to say but i cant. The music that they play is like you're in a nightclub. So unprofessional. I cant believe she is in business. Lord help us all

Very disappointed with wait times,urinal tested with women in the bathroom,if she gets mad with you or anyone she takes you meds from you,her staff all black people are uncaring and talk about about the patients,I've heard them!it's all about the money,your good insurance,trust me you will be sorry they are dirty people.don't trust the receptionist,she is two faced,I hope they pray for themselves but I doubt it,please ask someone that comes out their office,sit and wait for one to come out.

She saved my life. She was extremely concerned about my condition. She fought to get me the best medicines to get me well. I appreciate that. I have to wait when I visit her office, yes, but she is worth the wait. I have not had the same experience or trust in medical care with any other medical facility in Dunn. If I would have met her in school. I would have considered a medical field education. She explained my conditions well. Staff needs a lot of improvement. God Bless Dr. Maria.

I love my doctor. I have been with her for more than 20 years. I've attended both the Dunn and Springlake office. If she can't handle the problem, she does not hesitate to send you to a specialist.

2-3 hr wait times have become the norm, and then when she does appear (I honestly have waited over 2 hrs before the Dr even came into the office) she rushes into and out of the room without really answering your questions. She prescribes medications without checking their interaction with those already prescribed. some on her staff are actually rude to the patients. I am currently looking for a new Dr for myself and other family members.
