Dr. Ediale did not do a urinalysis of my daughter when i expressed concern for uti. she did a fast cursory exam and diagnosed a yeast infection . She found a bug bite and said she had scabies and gave a ointment that made her ill. I took my daughter to the er today (one day after appmt) with my daughter in pain with fever and the er ran urine test found a severe uti infection , no yeast infection and no scabies. She does not care for your kids she wants money from medicaid.

Dr. Ediale & Dr. Jones are both wonderful doctors. Both are patient, listen to their patients and families, address all concerns and are willing to listen and accepting of parental input.

Dr. Jones is amazing although her nurses suck. I call the nurses desk to get a refill on my daughters blood thinner a month before she was due to run out. Then again at three weeks and up up untill the day before. I left multiple messages and she NEVER got back to me she ended up running out of it. Today i have called three times trying to get ahold of the nurse to speak to her about getting me a prescription for my daughters thrush. She has not answered me nor has she called me back. I called back and told the front desk lady and she proceeded to get a nasty attitude and didnt help at all and she said "i dont know what to tell you". I took my 18 month old there and the nurse practitioner did NOT wash her hands or wear gloves my daughter ended up with a cold coincidence or not she should have washed her hands. They also do not have a sick and well seperate rooms so i wouldnt take your child if not need be. It sucks doctor jones is the only friendly good doctor there id wish she would better her staff so i would want to go there. But after the front desk lady BRITTANY disrespected me like as if she shouldnt be bothered i will not be going back there. This sucks i loved dr.jones. Dr. Jones is amazing although her nurses suck. Horrible place. Dirty, rude staff, extremely overbooked. You wait for a good 1-2 hours even with a scheduled appointment. If you don't have the copay, they turn your child away. Regardless if it's a sickness or not. I believe in always CARING for the child... even if you have to BILL the parents later. But a child with strep should NOT be turned away over an unexpected copay! Tried speaking with a supervisor over my issue and she was just a rude. Could CARELESS what I had to say. No cooperation from this office at all! Blew my mind that a PEDIATRICIANS office would hold such manner. I will never go back and look forward to getting my daughter's a new doctor soon ???? The staff here is rude, unprofessional and just seem to lack any care for the parents of their patients. I've made appointments on the phone that no one actually scheduled. Then was treated like an idiot upon our arrival and told they'll try to squeeze us in but that it'd be a thirty or more minute wait. I've been made to wait over 2 hrs in the waiting room on more than one occasion on days I've scheduled appointments. I feel rushed when we actually do see the doctor and nurses.
