Just called in, worst customer service I've ever received. That secretary needs fired YESTERDAY! Couldn't so zero stars.

This woman not only doesn’t have a receptionist, but she has the bedside manner of the grim reaper. I was trying to arrange a follow up appointment for my Grandmother (she did a hack job on her toe) and she hung up while I was speaking not once, but twice. I’ve never been motivated to leave a review here before, but quite honestly, the rudeness and lack of professionalism should put this woman out of business. I have always found Dr. DePalma knowledgeable, professional and caring during the years my father was treated by her and now With my medical problems.

Was able to fit me in very quickly when I got something imbedded in my foot. Was very friendly and knowledgeable. Facilities are certainly dated at the hospital, but I didn't think it was a big issue.

Dr. DePalma, is a friendly, informal person and sometimes is the person who greets you at the front desk. in her small office space. I have been happy with her as a podiatrist and I like her informality.

This place doesn’t even deserve 1 star. Dr. DePalma is literally the most unprofessional doctor that I have ever encountered and has no bedside manner. Office was extremely dated. Waste of time. Wish that we had read the reviews before scheduling an appointment.

Very unprofessional Office was outdated. Dr.DePalma had a patient upon my arrival and you could hear conversation. No one was at the front desk to check the patients in. When she did come out the office was crowded and it was over 30 minutes before this happened. The patient that came after me said she had been sitting in the care since 8:15 waiting for Dr. DePalma to show as when she called Dr. DePalama she said she was on her way. That persons appointment was for 8:30am. When she arrived after me Dr. DePalma was already with another patient. Dr. DePalma was going to take me before her 8:30am appointment because I had my paper work filled out and I told her that was not right and the 8:30 client said she was never told that paper work was needed. Some words were exchanged and I told her she was unprofessional, which said you can stay for the appointment on leave more or less its your choice. The 8:30am patient left before I did as she was very upset and after Dr. DePalma and I had our exchange, I took my paperwork and left. Very unprofessional Office was outdated. As a Foot Doctor I have found Doctor Josephine DePalma "The Best of the Best" and have been under her expert medical care for over 15 years. I also appreciate her caring bedside manner and her and her office staff's efficiency.

I recently went to this doctor and was very surprised by the condition of the office. It is very small and dated and it was a reflection of how work was conducted as well. The door was left open during my entire appointment and she asked personal questions that had nothing to do with my reason for being there which I found unprofessional. She wrote me a script for blood work and when I went to get it done the lab wouldn't accept it because she had written it in black marker and it was too hard for them to read. When the lab called for a new script to be faxed over she was very rude to the lab staff on the phone and to me, insisting that I could just drive back over and get another script. Very inconvenient. I would not recommend her services and am in the process of seeking a second opinion. The only reason I ended up here was because she was the closest one to my house and covered by my insurance. Sooooooo ghetto the dr discusses your info in front of other patients. She doesn't shut the door when your in the exam room just bad. Not evvvvveeeeerr going back. Staff is unprofessional too.

Dr. Josephine DePalma told me I needed surgery "Major reconstruction" and that I would be "perfect" for surgery. I went to temple university foot and ankle for a second opinion. They said totally not needed and my foot could be fixed. Bottom line: don't go here!

If I could give negative stars, I would. DO NOT schedule an appointment with Dr. Josephine DePalma. I just returned to work from sitting for almost an hour waiting for my scheduled appointment. An appointment I scheduled well in advance. I chose to leave after an hour as there was a patient ahead of me so I was looking at waiting another half hour. 1.5 hours to see this doctor. This is highly unprofessional. Why didn't the receptionist tell me that the doctor was running behind? Again, unprofessional. I can not rate her performance and never will as I will find a podiatrist who honors appointments and respects their patients' time. I'm so disappointed as I was hoping to support my local practicioners but alas, Dr. DePalma let me down. The facilities are very dated and not well kept. I took a card with me that asked for me to go to their website to leave feedback. As expected, the website address just takes you to a page telling you to post on Google, Yelp, Yahoo.
