From the time time I was checked in, my procedure and nursing follow up in recovery- everyone was very caring and professional. Dr Saracino is the only doctor our family sees for gastrointestinal issues and exams

Received an appointment quickly and the staff is very nice. Procedures were scheduled in a timely manor and detailed instructions were given.

I was so nervous about my procedure, but the fear was washed away by the kind words and actions of the staff. So reassuring and soft spoken, I felt as if I was one of their family members. I can't say enough about the compassion and empathy I felt from the women. Dr Saracino is very professional and thorough. And explains everything in a manner that is easy to understand. The staff at this place is awesome ,professional, polite and courteous I've been going there for years and wouldn't consider going anywhere else .

Dr. Saracino is very kind and compassionate, He takes his time to hear what you have going on and doesn’t rush you!! Thanks for your care

Waited 2 hours after appointment to be seen. I don’t mind at all to wait but was not updated on running behind. Still recommend office!

The nursing staff is extremely pleasant and helpful, and Dr. Saracino is very thorough and does a great job explaining procedures and diagnoses.

Dr. Saracino and Leigh Hughes, as well as the others I came in contact with, were very professional and caring during my office visit and colonoscopy procedure recently. I would recommend this practice to anyone that needed this type of care.

I was the first patient of the day. Staff was very friendly and everything went as expected. Dr. Saracino came in and meet with me explaining my results from the procedure. I was very satisfied with everything.

Had to have another colonoscopy a couple of weeks ago...not anyone's favorite thing to do, right? Well, it only took a couple of weeks to get interviewed and get my procedure set up...pretty fast!! I have to say that having the prep was no fun(to say the least!), but my experience with Dr. Saracino's office was a very pleasant, and professional one. Everyone I dealt with was very friendly, and went out of their way to make the experience as pleasant as a colonoscopy can be. Also, I had several polyps and was told that the labs would take up to two weeks to get the results. Much to my dismay, a sweet nurse called me a couple of days later and told me that they were benign(negative for cancer), which was a great relief! I was very happy to get the results so fast...who wants to wait forever to find out if they have cancer or not, right? All in all, I have to say it was one of the best experiences I have ever had with a medical procedure and I highly recommend Dr. Saracino if you have to have an EGD or Colonoscopy. I have been going to Dr Saracino for years and have always been satisfied with the care I get before,during, and after procedures. The nurses and anesthesiologists are always professional and courteous. I would recommend him to anyone!

One star for the staff answering the phone. Four attempts to make an appointment after my referring physicians office verified receipt of my records with his staff. Same response each time, we need your records before we can schedule. When I point out they have verified receipt of the records, I'm put on hold while they try to locate my records. Each time I'm eventually forwarded to voicemail and asked to leave a message, and they will call back... no, they do not call back. I will be requesting a referral to another physician. They wouldn't make an appointment for me & tried to say I was a self referral (when I've never heard of them before) even though I was trying to explain it was my insurance company who picked their office. Phone staff was hostile & wouldn't schedule without all the paperwork and records in hand and never called me back to schedule it after I had verified with my insurance company and doctor that it was sent. My insurance company switched me to a different doctor because I'm throwing up blood and don't have time to wait weeks for them to not have paperwork that was sent to them. Doctor S could be amazing but I have no idea because they never got me an appointment. Dr S. really knows what he’s doing but the staff and front desk are all very unprofessional and rude. Especially Tosha Toler. Someone , I guess Doc needs to get good quality, polite, well mannered people in there ASAP , so it doesn’t affect his practice any further. Thanks!

Everyone was very nice and I only had to go twice vs three times with my former gastro Dr. The wait wasn't long. Dr. Saracino was professional knowledgeable and informative.

Dr. Saracino and his staff are really great. They went above and beyond when Labcorp lost my samples and I had to repeat all the tests. Every single question I had was answered in a timely fashion throughout the process.

I try to make and Appointment but he don't have a convenient time for me . so do that I really was not feeling well I make the appointment ,but realize I could Not make it I call and cancel ,but the secretary did not cancel cause she wants money from patient . so rude don't know costumer service ....????and on top of that still sending me a bill for $100.00 with out me going to his office and .I will never visit .. The office visit to set up the appointment for my colonoscopy had a pretty extended wait time. After waiting 50-60 minutes I did see the doctor and he discussed the reasons for my visit which in my case were routine so very little time spent with him and we set up the procedure. The day of the procedure was a completely Awesome experience. Upon arriving I was taken back within 10-15 minutes and they immediately began prepping me for the procedure. I was taken back for the procedure in less than 30 minutes and the best part is I don't remember a thing. (except telling them I'm not asleep yet) Dr. Saracino was wonderful and his staff went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. I would highly recommend Dr. Saracino.
