Dr. Santos is always a pleasure to work with. He is always on top of the current concerns and explains things in terms we can understand. He will say what you’re doing right as well as what you could improve on while taking into account the quality of life. He is very thorough and professional.

Explained everything in easy to understand terms and vey thorough. Friendly and easy to talk to about concerns.

Dr Santos was very informative and straight to the point.

Dr. Santos and the front office staff were wonderful! Helpful, informative, and willing to discuss multiple options with me. I look forward to my future care with him and the staff.

My wife and I are so comfortable with him. He takes his time to explain any issues.

If I could rate zero, I would. For one I tried to call hours ahead to say that I was in severe pain and needed to go to the ER and the lady says she needs to check with the medical nurse to see if I should cancel my visit or not. Ok....So then I get to the appointment, mind you first time I've ever been to this place and I'm 9mins behind scheduled time, the receptionist says "Oh, well you're late and I'll have to see if Dr Santos is still here in order to see you." Only 9mins after an appointed time and scheduled date and a Dr supposedly leaves for the day? I wouldn't take my chances on trying to see this guy ever again. Not to mention, no testing was done after being referred by my ER visit that took place beforehand that had me schedule the visit in the first place! It was all very unprofessional.

Dr. Santos is very patient. He is always prepared. He actually listens to you and takes the time to answer all your questions! He has little mini lessons complete with a video and notebook to help you better understand your condition! Hands down, the best doctor I have ever come in contact with!

Dr.Santos is very knowledgeable. He takes time with you and explains things so the common person can understand. I’m so glad I found him, I’m in good hands!

Dr. Santos has been really great in helping me with my kidneys, but even more amazing is his assistant Allison. She goes above and beyond to help answer questions about my medication when Dr. Santos has been out of office. She is diligent and follows up swiftly. Dr. Santos and Allison are an amazing care team.
