Dr. Ann Stapleton, my physician, sent a referral to Dr. Sanchez who completely dropped the ball. My doctor has called Dr. Sanchez several times to contact me, and nothing. I finally called Sanchez’ office myself, and still no call back or appointment made. I’m trying Dr. Howard Erlanger through referrals from the “Neighborhood system “next door”. Doctor sanchez has been my doctor for 8 years hes absolutely wonderful I wasn't go to anybody else place I highly recommend him the BEST

Absolutely; he is thorough and has a wonderful bedside manner making my visits with him pleasant and informative.

Dr Sanchez is a courteous and caring Physician. He takes his time and answers all my questions, no matter how trivial. A great listener and reviews everything clearly. I highly recommend Dr Sanchez as a Nephrologist!

Dr. Sanchez is an excellent caring doctor. He takes the time to explain things to me and he helped me through a very difficult medical problem. I would defiantly recommend him.

Great Doctor, friendly and seems to really care about patients. He talks to you, not at you. He is a professional and knows what he is talking about.

I just can't get Dr. Sanchez to return my calls to explain to me whether my mother's deteriorating condition (drastic and sudden decrease in urinary output from her urostomy,) is an expected progression of her kidney disease, or whether it is due to a urinary obstruction (perhaps infected?), which may require additional treatment. Mr. Tovar in Sanchez's office decided to perform an ultrasound last week, waited 5 days to see my mother and to order the ultrasound, to consider the possibility of obstruction, but no one has called to schedule it. When I called Sanchez's office I am repeatedly blown off, and told to call the dialysis unit. The dialysis unit is unable to help me. Mother called 911 and went to the ER 2 nights ago for severe pain. She was so ill this morning she only got out of bed for an hour. When are we going to do the ultrasound? Mr. Tovar, you ordered it from the office of Dr. Sanchez. Shouldn't you follow up on this? Mom died on July 8th from a urinary tract infection. I had her transferred out of town, and the team in Covina placed a urostomy tube to drain the infected urine. One of the causes of death was listed as a urinary tract infection. RIP, Mother. Dr. Sanchez was very thorough, asked a lot of questions, took his time and was very respectful. I did ask several people about him and they said he was a good doctor.

An appointment was scheduled two months ago - one week before the appointment they call and leave a voice mail advising me that the appintoment is canceled... and that someone would call next week to reschedule because they did NOT have a date when they called... NO ONE EVER CALLED. Frustrating to schedule an appointment, then cancel it, without any explanation... and never reschedule... how unprofessional !! Completely Unprofessional. Listens to your concerns explains in easy to understand detail of treatment.

Dr. Sanchez has always been very attentive even when in the hospital. He answers questions and explains till you understand.

Very irresponsible and unapproachable doctor. He left my husband to die. Ordered blood tests and never followed up even when potassium was extremely high. Never returned phone calls

Doctor Sanchez has gone above and beyond to fix a misunderstanding I had when i first visited him including calling me personally and doing whatever it took to make sure that I was taken care of.
