I lost a crown on Thursday night, and on Friday morning – in spite of the their internet and phones being down – Noble worked me in midday and re-set the crown No charge. They're great

Part of an old crown chipped off. Crown from a another dentist long ago. Noble got me in the same day just to check me out. Because I am on the concierge plan, I wasn't charged anything extra. Great, professional and cheerful service!

Not noble at all. I called before hand entered all of my insurance Information. They say nothing. Then when I go and get an exam after the exam they say I'm not in network. The lady who cleaned my teeth was amazing. But everything else felt like a scam. She told me a teeth cleaning without insurance is 500.00

Horrible. My file was transferred to this practice after my competent dentist retired. Constantly pushing unnecessary dental work. Their clerical system is a mess because they called me frequently with incorrect information about when my appointment was and how much money I owed them. They also cold called me just to ask if I “wanted anything done.” Not professional, not invested in patient outcomes. I’m sure there are individuals in the practice who are trying their best but they seemed to have a management philosophy designed by venture capitalists. Horrible. I’ve been seen by Dr. Conover, Dr. Okur, and Dr. Ku. Unfortunately I don’t have the best dental genes, despite my dental hygiene and routine everyday. Nonetheless, I’ve gotten to know these doctors pretty intimately over the past 2 years, when the practice took over for my previous dentist. I never felt judged and always felt I was in good hands. While I don’t “enjoy” going to the dentist, I know that these dentists will take care of my dental health and have my best interest in terms of care. I’ve never had a bad experience because they have great communication when things go unexpectedly. And there have even been a few times that My appointment ended earlier than usual. I love this place! I was scared of being judged at the state of my teeth after two years of neglect, but they were super nice. Definitely eased my dental anxiety.

I coughed and the dentist would not see me. Do they not realize that people still cough without having Covid?!? I will not be going back. I just scheduled a new appointment with my new dentist for tomorrow morning! These guys weren't any good anyway. They took over for my previous dentist. They did me a favor.

Wanted to like this place but they apparently billed my insurance as "Edel Dental" which caused it to be out of network. They're happy to respond to your contact form inquiry or email you a bill, but haven't responded when something needs to be fixed. Absolutely marvelous experience! I’ve never had such a thorough teeth cleaning in my life and left with the confidence i needed to assure my teeth were in great hands.

I hadn't had any major tooth work in years but needed two fillings replaced, and a third larger one changed to a crown. Never had that before! It took two appointments but they knew exactly how to manage the time, use the right amount of anesthesia to wear off shortly after, and warned me before any sensitive moments! My experience as a patient of Dr. Okur on August 18 was excellent because prior to the start of the dental implant, she explained what she was going to do. At the end of the procedure Dr. Okur prescribed the necessary medication and gave me advice on the care of the area in which the surgery was performed. She followed up with a phone call the next day to see how I was feeling (how rare is that?!). When we moved back to the city after 20 years in the suburbs we needed a new dentist. Dr. Okur and the rest of the staff at Noble Dental have been incredible to work with. I had to get four crowns and I have terrible dental anxiety. The employees at Dr. Conover's office are friendly and efficient. Their customer service is easily 5-star quality. I was greeted with smiles and and didn't have to wait long before I was seen. My hygienist (I didn't catch her name - she had a long blond braid and glasses and blue eyes) was very gentle and made sure I was as comfortable as possible, given the nature of dentistry of course. Dr. Conover came in and performed a quick inspection. He didn't try to sell me on anything - he was very transparent and told me my teeth/gums were perfectly healthy and that I could have some stuff done aesthetically if I wanted but that it wasn't necessary. The staff at Noble Dental are top-notch in every way. The atmosphere is warm and comfortable. Every person there seems genuinely happy to be at work. It is so rare to find an office where everyone that works there seems to feel valued and content. From the moment you walk in the door, you can feel the good vibes. The first time I came in, one of the staff members rode the elevator down to the ground floor with me after I mentioned to her that I was claustrophobic. It was so sweet and I was so touched. I started going to Dr Leonard before Dr Conover bought the practice. I was happy with Dr Leonard. I was not treated with courtesy or respect by Dr Conover. I left and found a new dentist. When I went for my last appointment there, the dental assistant started numbing an area of my mouth that wasn't what was discussed at the prior appointment. I questioned that it was the wrong area. The assistant went and asked and came back and numbed it anyway. Dr Conover came in and said we would get the other area the next time. That wasn't the procedure that I had made the appointment for! While I was numb, he had photographs taken of me with a device to hold my lips wide open to show my teeth. Later his office called to setup a consultation about the photos. I had major TMJ and teeth grinding problems. I live in Los Angeles and have been to many consultations and no one was able to fix my problem. I was visiting Philly and someone referred me to Dr. Conover and told me that he can fix my problem. I dread going to the dentist and the last thing I wanted to do during my vacation was to go to the dentist. But my visit to Noble Dental changed my fear of the dentist. The entire staff at Noble Dental are excellent. I have been going to this practice for years and have complete confidence in them. They are friendly and caring professionals. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Give them a try...you won't be disappointed ????

I love Noble Dental. I have been a patient here for about 6 years now and consider Maria, the phenomenal dental hygienist, to be a friend I have the opportunity to catch up with twice a year (although I usually have some apparatus in my mouth, which makes our conversations challenging but no less enjoyable). Unlike many dentists, Noble Dental does not recommend unnecessary dental work. If all looks good, they will tell you so. I have been a patient of dentists who, like the Boy Who Cried Wolf, seem to concoct all sorts of "necessary" procedures and who am I to argue? Noble Dental rarely tells me I need a procedure as long as I continue routine maintenance, though, so I am confident that if they recommend it, they mean it. Their location is convenient, especially if you work in Center City, and scheduling appointments is a breeze. Do yourself a favor and check out Noble Dental! I love Noble Dental. Great practice! Both Dr. Conover and his staff are extremely efficient and professional! Everyone in the office is friendly, upbeat and most importantly welcoming, providing me with much ease throughout my appointments.
