In the 25+ years that I have been a patient of Dr. Ruggio, he gave me a level of Medical Care that expressed and emphasized his superior level of Medical Competency and Pure Love of his profession as well as his genuine love for his patients !!! What a deep, sincere pleasure, and a true gift that God has given me—to be so fortunate to have a Cardiologist with such knowledge and extreme God-given talent !! I am 50 years old, Dr. Ruggio has been my doctor for 13 years. I knew I had a heart murmur and wanted to get checked before I started running and training for a marathon. He has always taken the time to talk not just about my heart, but my overall health, how I’m doing and how’s my family. I have recommended 2 other people to see him.

Dr. Ruggio has been my cardiologist for 15+ years and I remain extremely happy with him and what he has done for me over this period. He has performed several successful procedures on me, and I'm not sure that I would still be here (83 years old and healthy), but for his demonstrated talent, commitment and his direct, no-nonsense approach to treating my medical issues, while yet retaining a friendly doctor-patient relationship. I may receive a complimentary comment when I'm following his directions or an encouraging-critique when I'm not. He's the best.

Dr Ruggio is by far the most professional, knowledgeable and thorough physician I have. I have 100 % confidence in him. as a former nurse I appreciate his honesty and candor. i give he and his practice the highest recommendation possible. And they validate parking!!!

You might say he saved my life. His skills in his profession are as good as you can get. Great staff as well, especially the team performing treadmill stress tests. They made it enjoyable.

Dr. Joseph Ruggio is one of the best Doctors ive been to. he is very experienced but he also has trained many of the Doctors in the Orange County area. I always feel like I am getting the best care possible.

Ruggio is interested in only one thing- $$$ people not important
