The nurse not only forgot about my appointment, she forgot about my prescription 3x. That's just unacceptable. She called me a lier. Had to change drs
Surgery didn't help at all.
Performed Hernia Surgery on 06/19/2020 at M.C. Fort Worth. Did a lousy job, left a large bump on my groin area. Refused to take responsibility or remedy the problem. Cancelled 2 follow up visits and blamed me for the bad Surgery, saying That I coughed too much or pushed too hard while using the bathroom. Found a new Dr. to correct the bad Surgery and had to endure 2 Hernia Surgeries within 30 days and at my age of 65 it was very hard to do . Dr. Ronaghan, you butchered me and then threw to the curb, No Compassion, No Care at all. My Insurance Co. has been notified. H.M.
