Took me too long to finally switch doctors but so glad I did. I never received appropriate care until I switched to a different dr. The entire staff at Cardiologists of Lubbock is rude. Patients do not deserve to be treated so badly and wait times are awful.

Watched closely, a Heart vault, that is leaking, very good to explain to me how my heart is working. Excellent personality and also kind and good to me. Trust all my cardiovascular care to Dr. Rizzo.

I liked Dr. Rizzo ok but never felt like he listened to concerns or asked the right questions. He rushed. The entire staff was RUDE. The wait times were always rediculous and the attitude of staff was unacceptable. I put up with it for 2 years before finally switching to a dr outside that group. So glad I did. He changed my treatment, explained everything, and asked for my input. And the staff is delightful.

This doctor is incompetent. Gave a nuclear test scan to my daughter without it being necessary. High exposure to radiation for nothing! The next cardiologist started with an EKG and followed up with a sonogram of the heart and other few tests and proved that she is in complete health - her dull chest pain ...was found to be caused by costochondritis. He has given her dangerous, unnecessary meds for a young woman with horrible side effects. This doctor is incompetent. Gave a nuclear test scan to my daughter without it being necessary. Wasnt good at talking to you about what is going on. Wish he would communicate better with his patients.

This doctor did not communicate my Angiogram results to me. At a later time I find out through another doctor that was reviewing my test results and he brought the concerns on the report to my attention. I was told by Rizzo that all looked well which it was not true. His staff in the Insurance dept is not very honest. They will tell you anything just to keep you off their back. The company they hired lost one of my claims even though they were claiming to have turned it in. They won't return your calls when you call them!!
