had my first visit and wait time was just unacceptable - over 3 hours wait time, i took my parents to the office to see a different doctor and they waited about an hour, i had an appointment 2 hours after that, so i waited for my parents to finish up with Dr Shah, after an hour and a half they came out finally and i came to receptionist for Dr Purcell and told them that i have an appointment and they told me that i would have to wait another 2 hours until he sees me - this is totally outrageous!

Dr Purcell is great. His office staff schedulers are AWFUL ( a 2+ hour wait is not unusual)

They don't make doctors like Dr. Purcell anymore. He is kind, compassionate and a brilliant diagnostician. The only drawback is that everyone who goes to this office wants to be treated by him because he is the best in the practice. I choose to wait because my health is worth it. Thank you Dr. Pur-cell you have saved my life more than once. I am eternally grateful.

Dr. Purcell is great and really cares about his patients. I would highly recommend him and any of the physicians at Skylands Medical Group. The only complaint I have is in regards to the wait time, which can run more than a half hour on occasion (and sometimes even an hour or more). I understand that it's a business when all is said and done, so seeing as many patients as possible in one day is necessary; however, it's frustrating to wait that long for a 10 minute exam.

Love the doctor, hate his office and stuff. It is getting harder and harder to get an appointment. Waiting time is ridiculously long. Ancient procedure to fill out all the paperwork. The only thing that still keeps me there is that dr, Purcell is great specialist and has good attitude to his patients.

I have been to Dr Purcell for many years. I have been very lucky and not sick that often. However last year I got bronchitis and the Doctor was treating me, however I wasn't getting better. I called for a appointment and was told nothing for two days. then he Doctor was off. Long story short I drove myself to hospital and had pneumonia. Well same thing happened I called for a sick visit I was told the same thing he was double booked for two days.I told them I have lung cancer and nothing. New Dr
