I had the worst experience there with the lady that schedules appointments. She was very rude to my children and disrespectful to me. My children where happy to go to the doctor's to get a sticker and the intire time i was there for the few 5 minutes to write a note to my childs nurse she complained saying "oh my god there so bad" "there so naughty " "you dont listen im not giving you a sticker " "you kids are so unbehaved" . There is no gate to keep the kids from going to the back of the desk. They could see the stickers and walked to the sticker wall and asked for one and the lady would not give them a sticker. I so appreciate Pinon Family Practice. They're very responsive to your medical needs and treat you as you're they're only patient I've never had to wait more than 15 minutes for a scheduled appointment and when you need to be seen they truly work to get you in as soon as possible. The whole staff is a fine tuned medical machine. I know my family and I are in good caring hands. Thank you I so appreciate Pinon Family Practice.
