Charged me for the test I didn’t ask and they never perform. Money hungry

So satisfied with this practice and Dr. Tiffany. Awesome to know Dr. Pflanzer is still as knowledgeable and helpful as he was when I started with treatments back in the early 2000's. My allergy needs have changed with age and I'm totally satisfied with the medical service I am receiving.

Best Nurses and Nurse Practitioners..

Dr. Pflanzer is a good Dr. and one of the few that actually listens to how I feel. My allergies are so much better after treatment with him for the last ten years. The office staff has gotten much better at taking the time to listen and respond to each request. He has been great when working with me.

Dr. Pflanzer is a great allergy Dr. The staff has always greeted me with a smile. My allergies were terrible and over the years with his proper treatment I don't have those terrible allergy sicknesses I have had.

I was referred to this doctor by Kessler Women’s Healthcare. My appointment was supposed to begin at 9 am. I arrived at 8:45 am; filled out all the paperwork by 9 am. I didn’t see the nurse practitioner until 10:07 am. She talked to me for 5 minutes. I didn’t even see the doctor.

Dr. Pflanzer is a pleasure to work with and obviously knows what he is doing, but some of the business practices are not what they should be. I ended up being charged a large amount of money for a service I never received because I mistakenly placed an order for serum I did not plan on using, and even though I never picked up or used the serum, they still insisted I pay them the (already high) full price (on a payment plan, which was then at least working with me a bit). I know I am partially to blame as I was not being careful and should have never ordered it in the first place, but in most other business transactions, even if an order is placed, you don't pay for a service or product that you never receive. Will never be going back, even though as I said before, Dr. Pflanzer is an excellent allergist. Dr. Pflanzer is a pleasure to work with and obviously knows what he is doing, but some of the business practices are not what they should be. Doctor and workers are wonderful and patient too!!!

Great team at the Allergy clinic, great waiting area.

Such a wonderful person, He's patient, very knowledgeable, informative and kind. I would recommend him to anyone needing a allergist.

Much more helpful than other allergy clinics in the area! Had major sinus headaches for YEARS before hearing of Dr. Pflanzer. The shots that I've been given over the last 15+ years have GREATLY reduced the headaches, and almost eradicated the migraines that I used to get! Awesome staff, too!

While I liked Dr. Pflazer himself, the office is a complete joke. They are slow, unprofessional, do NOT communicate and the staff are uneducated and lazy. Would NOT recommend this to anyone, I will be switching as soon as possible. Don’t waste your time, go see an allergist that actually wants your business.

He has always been curtious and takes time to listen to how I feel.

Dr. Phlanzer is the Best Doctor, he actually takes time to listen to your health concerns.
