Basing this on my last visit there with Orchowski... was a waste of my time. I could have scheduled an appointment on phone for procedure. He glanced at the MRI, vaguely spoke on it. I asked about the procedure to be done, side effects, what to expect, he said infection as that comes with all procedures. Ask someone else basically. He suggested it but claims to know nothing about it. My interactions with reception and the lady that scheduled my appointment, were very good, professional and polite.

Had Dr. Orchowski, quick but attentive to my problems and referred me to Physical Therapy and an MRI for Neuropathy. Love seeing him every time!

I've been several times to OrthoVa. and always seen on time. Staff is polite and professional and Dr. Orchowski is knowledgable and doesn't pull any punches when explaining my personal treatment needs.

Dr. Orchowski & his staff have been top notch throughout my neck issues. From every Ortho visit to my spine surgery last week. I have felt completely safe, comfortable & cared for. They have addressed any & every issue I’ve had. Thanks ????????

Dr O was outstanding in diagnosis, surgery, pre and post op treatment for neck fusion and low back fusion. After following his PT plan post surgery, all my pain was gone and my strength returned. He’s is a wonderfully kind, man with a God given talent that I was fortunate enough to have received.

Dr. Orchowski is always compassionate and caring and concerned about my overall care. He is an excellent surgeon and healthcare provider.

Dr. Orchowski was awesome! This was my third back surgery and I am extremely pleased. He didn’t do a lot of medical terminology to where the process wasn’t understandable. His staff has also been great to work with. I’m currently still treating with him, I wish I was referred to him for my first. I’m sure it would’ve been a 1- and done ordeal. I am glad to be a patient of Dr. Orchowski, for he helping me with something other than my spin. For that I believe he is a wonderful person and he goes above and beyond for his patients. When I first met Dr Orchowski 5 years before my surgery he just flat said, "you need surgery". He does not sugarcoat anything. So I waited 5 years before having the surgery, big mistake. Dr Orchowski knew exactly the problem and fixed it. I seem to have nerve damage in my feet from waiting to long but my back is awesome, thanks to Dr. O. He is the greatest. I would like to thank Dr. JOSEPH ORCHOWSKI, for his services. He took care of me when I needed it on my back. He is still taking care of my back.. This a good Doctor. . Very quiet spoken. I would recommend him to my family and friends.

Appointment was on time. I was in and out in one half hour. This included height, weight, BP, X-ray and visit with Dr “O”. I complained about pain in back and Dr prescribed anti-inflammatory med. Next appointment in six weeks to see if I am better. Positive Experience.

Dr. Orchowski is very understanding and professional. He tells you exactly what is wrong and if need be performs surgery. I had C5 and C7 neck issues and he did my surgery. I had no pain after. And had been in severe pain for months till then. I recommend him to anyone needing surgery on the spine

I was in to see the doctor on tome....got my xeays done and reviewed with D. Orchiwski all in a 45 minute appointment. Very pleased with their efficiency!

I was very impressed with his demeanor, he explained everything to me in easy to understand terms and was very helpful in outlining the suggested course of treatment and what to expect.

He answered all of my questions thoroughly and is an excellent doctor. I have highly recommended a few other people to this establishment for excellent health care and therapy.

Took his time with me and explained the procedure so I could understand it. No pressure to have the surgery or more injections. I felt it was fully my choice.

Dr Joseph Orchowski is a excellent Spine Doctor with OrthoVirginia-Lynchburg, VA. His level of knowledge and experience is outstanding; having been an Army Doctor for 20 + years before joining OrthoVirginia. His bedside manner is very caring and understanding. I highly recommend him for any spine/back health issues.

I met Dr Orchowski for the first time on my initial appt. He was very nice and soft spoken. I discussed my back issue with him and what led me to.make the appt. Dr Orchowski is a superb surgeon and pays full attention to my needs. His appointment scheduling team needs to make a better schedule for the doctor. I had an 8:10 am appointment, got there at the requested 8:00, at 8:40 asked check in what patient I was. I was the 3rd patient with the first starting at 8am. I got back to the exam room about 9. Dr O. Apologized for the wait and I emphasized with him as he had no control but neither did I. Dr Orchowski is a superb surgeon and pays full attention to my needs. He is a quack who cannot apparently read MRI's and has to do repeat surgeries to fix his mistakes. I'm thankful others have been able to leave good reviews but he botched my grandfather's surgeries.

Again Dr ostrowski is a miracle worker we had constellations he told me exactly what my MRI showed after three injections that did not help at all he told me I would know when I had to have the surgery done and he was correct on March 21st 2018 he performed my surgery I have four screws in my back on L4 and L5 and he followed me throughout a whole entire year after and yesterday I got great news that the screws are still in place and I have not been in any pain since then I wish he did KNEE placement as well he's a wonderful wonderful surgeon Again Dr ostrowski is a miracle worker we had constellations he told me exactly what my MRI showed after three injections that did not help at all he told me I would know when I had to have the surgery done and he was correct on March 21st … More

Very good Doctor to work with. Only complaint I have is wait time to get appointment. And wait time in waiting room very uncomfortable chairs on people with back issues. Very satisfied with Doctor Orchowski..would recommend him to anyone I know of who are having back issues.

This doctor is the sweetest doctor I ever had, he has worked on my back for 2 years and sit down and explains every thing to me where I can understand . This last Feb he fix my back with a fusion and it help. The doctor is working on my hip and my left leg and nerves. I think he should be recognize for the help he gives his patients and the amount of time and cursory he has for them. I thank God for him every day. Thank you Edna Robertson
