This office is the worst Pain Management office I’ve ever been to.First of all they have no coordination with patients or insurance companies.When I arrived this office didn’t even have my referral, I had to give it to them from my phone.Furthermore the unprofessional attitude of the staff is disgusting, people come to this clinic for pain management and to live a better life and this office doesn’t care about its patients,this office only cares about getting paid!!!!! My husband and I have been coming to see Dr. Mouhanna for many years as well as his Associates. I have severe scoliosis and arthritis of the lumbar spine as well as stenosis. Through the years they have alleviated so much of my pain with injections and other procedures. Recently, I learned that my stenosis had gotten much worse which was causing numbness in my left leg and excruciating pain. Dr. Shrawan Gupta, alongside Dr. Mouhanna, performed a relatively new procedure on me called MILD. All that excruciating pain is gone!!! It was a very easy procedure, which I highly recommend to anyone with bad stenosis. They have changed my life. They are indeed miracle workers. You cannot go wrong with these amazing doctors. I had an appointment yesterday 10/04/2021 at 12:00 PM. I was reported at the Dr. office at 11:50 am and was waiting for my turn but other patients were called. At 01:05 pm (1 hr and 5 min after my appointment time) I went to check the patient’s register list and was 2 patients with appointment at 12:30 pm and 1:00 pm was called before me. Horrible experience. The front will tell you that you will be seeing Dr. Mouhanna but then it is someone else. He lets PAs see you without ever stepping in to examine or talk to you. He also lets PAs do injections and procedures. He makes you do unncessary tests like x rays, nerve conduction studies and ultrasounds of the legs. They kept my father for 2 hours doing tests before he even saw anyone. Everyone else in the waiting room complaining as well. All about the money making.

I came to this place to find relief for my back problems and found nothing but disappointment on the poor quality of the most unprofessional staff I’ve ever seen. Dr. Mouhannah have treated me before and I have received quality service, This time he was not available so I was seen another Dr. in that Center, who requested MRI both of my cervical and lumbar vertebrae for which he submitted the wrong report and my insurance denied payment of the lumbar due to erroneous info, I had to pay for that myself, the follow up a week later, this same Dr. was going to review the results and walks in with someone else’s folder and started discussing that case with me until I stopped him and clarify I was not that person and that he had seen me a week before, after finally getting the right file and knowing who I was then I was then scheduled to get and Epidural for my cervical vertebrae on 02/19 for 03/04/21. I've suffered from Chronic Migraines for many years and was recommended to Dr. Mouhanna's office for treatment. There office is nice, clean and the staff is knowledgeable and nice. I would definitely recommend this office.

In somalia they have better places they did to me even illegal things like a p.a.giving me non valid prescriptions without the d.e.a. number and examining me before the dr. Dr. Mouhanna is very nice and friendly to patients. He did four injections in both jaws. Problem is you only see dr Mouhanna if you agree to a procedure (more money for him). I am forced to see 2 PA's for regular visits. Problem is that Mouhanna I guess has instructed the PA's to tell all patients they don't prescribe Opioid pain medicines. I did 2 urines both came back negative and I signed a 2 page Opioid agreement form. Two weeks after the procedure I improved a little and was happy. But, I was still in severe pain I had to continue taking 4 Tramadol pills a day. Then my jaw locked up 2 weeks after the procedure. I had the worst jaw and headache ever! I made an urgent appt (the office in South Miami has a lot of available spots when the doctor is not there). The doctor has 3 offices in Miami. The older PA man was very mean to me. He told me the Tramadol prescription he was going to send to my pharmacy was for only 2 pills a day. And he said it takes 7 days for the urine report to come back. I typed on my phone (my jaw was locked with joint and muscle spasms) that I need 4 pills of Tramadol a day. That is was my previous doctor prescribed me. The PA said no. I began to cry. He slammed the exam room door shut so the new patient in the next room would not hear me. I was in too much pain to tell him during the 2nd injections Dr. Mouhanna agreed to prescribe me 4 Tramadol pills a day, 3 Gabapentin pills and Lidocaine patches!! The PA told me "I can't help you.
