If you go there for real, life altering pain...but you at one point in your life have taken the wrong amount of pain meds just to have some sort of normal life....good luck being treated like a patient...as soon as Miller knew i was in pain with MRIs to prove it...but had an issue with pain medicine in the past he said im not giving you anything and told me i needed to go to addiction treatment....so just know if he thinks you're an addict he'll for sure treat you like one and call you one...ill never go back there or recommend him to anyone...

Dr. Miller and his staff are very professional and highly skilled. My experiences with having spinal injections were great. Made sure all of my needs were met and ensured I was comfortable throughout my several injections.

Very disappointing at first concerned, than would not prescribed need medication only experimental and than had to wait 4 days to get prescription. Both medications made me extremely sick did very little for my pain and called to advise Dc. Miller , received a call from his office manager Lesa that Dc. Miller would not change the prescription knowing that it was making me extremely sick, is this legal, instead was advised to find another pain clinic, that Lesa would fax me information and paper work, as of days end never received.

Dr. Miller, very thorough, he took the time to review my medical history, discussed my current ailment. His entire staff was professional and very courteous.

From the time we enter the office we are given excellent service with genuine care and concern. Any question is answered completely. We always know our options and what the insurance will cover. If an appointment needs rescheduled -no problem. I had a consultation today with Dr.Miller for the first time that was followed by an Epidural Steroid Injection in my low back. I was very anxious and skeptical due to previous experience that was not a good one, but I was very impressed with Dr. Miller. He was very knowledgeable not to mention he was very compassionate and had empathy for me as well as his patient and to me that alone meant so much! I would highly recommend this team and Dr. Miller. Very happy I chose to see Dr.Miller he and his whole staff were fantastic!!! He explained every step of the epidural he was giving me in my back. I have had three epidurals before but from a different doctors office and after yesterday I will never go back there again!!!! I’m going to stick with Dr. Miller. I like that fact that he is very informative concerning all procedures, and is a very involved Dr.

Dr. Miller is the only pain management Dr. in Ft. Smith willing to blood patch my wife’s spinal leak, which is debilitating. He is extremely nice and his work is top notch.
