Always very professional and takes time to listen to my concerns!

Dr Metz is very personable. Always takes his time and listens.

Best doctor ever .... Thorough, compassionate, attentive, considerate .... Takes as much time as the patient needs .... Doesn't treat his patients like a piece of meat - rush in/rush out ....

Dr. Metz is simply the best Dr. I’ve ever had. He listens, and has always given the right diagnosis.

Dr. Metz was very helpful!!! Helped me go through all my meds I received after leaving a rehab center. Showed me which one's I needed and when to take them. There were a lot!!! I hope he understands how helpful he was. I appreciate him alot. ????

Gooddoctor visit good checkup ilike my doctor

I have been seeing Dr. Metz for a number of years and I trust his medical advice also enjoyable to talk to

He takes his time with you. Been under his care for a number of years. He's helped me on to better health.

Dr. Metz is a wonderful doctor. He takes time with you and treats you with respect. He also offers suggestions, and answers my questions. He is very knowledgeable, and he knows where to send me to a specialist if I need help in a specialized area.

Love Dr Metz he’s the best! And his staff is always very friendly, helpful, patient and professional.

My name is Carol Smith and I have been with Dr Metz for over 20 years. I moved from Urbana to Springfield several years ago and I still travel to Urbana when I need to. He is the best Doctor that I have ever known and I trust him and I am proud to have him as a friend as well.

I have been going to Dr Metz for four years and he’s always been great! He takes things seriously and listens and tries to help. He seems knowledgeable and respectful! It’s always been a good experience there and the receptionists and NAs are always friendly and helpful!

I have the white coat syndrome very, very bad. But because of all my health issues, we’ve gotten to each other to a point where he and his head nurse are like more than just my doctor and nurse, but like friends/family. I even changed my primary family doctor to him once I realized doc got his own practice.

Everyone is great

Everyone was helpful and courteous.

Great people to have working for me. Doctor Metz is a true professional doctor.

I have never have had to wait over an extended period of time for Dr Metz. Very good and informed. Would never change Dr's.

Always reassuring and thorough. Office staff is knowledgeable. Mom just loves Dr Metz.

Everything is explained very well. Very comfortable atmosphere. Dr metz listens to all your worrys and needs and does his best to help . I have no complaints at all. Very happy with the staff also.

Dr. Metz is the very best Dr. I have ever had. He answer's my questions explaining everything to me. And the staff is great.

Dr Metz filled in for Madelyn to see my mom Linda Butcher for her hospital follow up visit. He was very familiar with mom’s medical history as he read over her chart before seeing her which I appreciate very much. He he took the time to talk with us about her heart health and overall well-being. He helped us with some paperwork we needed for assisted living. Very good doctor.

Dr Metz and his staff were awesome. Very thorough from start to finish. Dr Metz and his staff listen to me and answered all my questions. Dr Metz has a plan of action for me and my follow up appointment is scheduled, with lab work to be done a week before my next appointment. I am glad I found Dr Metz. I would recommend this office. Dr Metz is a wonderful medical provider. Always listens!

I've been going to this office for a few years. The Doctor and staff are always cheerful and genuinely care about you. My kids go here as well ☺️

i always have a good experience, pleasant receptionists, firendly and good nurse, and i have had dr. metz for a long time. he is an experienced doctor who always listens to my concerns and knows how to address them. i have a lot of confidence in him.

The patient was John Beck. My experience with Dr Metz was very good. He has been .y family physician for a good number of years. He is professional, friendly and shows a real interest in me and my med problems. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a Dr.

Short wait time. Doctor and student PA were excellent.

Professional, personable, quick and clean . Continues to take all Covid precautions.

I was thoroughly impressed with the information that was reviewed by the Dr at my last visit. We discussed current health issues.

As always Dr. Metz was personable and professional. Addressed all issues in a way I could understand. Clerical staff and nursing staff were great as well!

These are the most unprofessional, unequipped, moronic individuals I've ever done business with period. If you're looking for a professional doctor to provide expertise for your medical conditions look elsewhere.

My mom is B. Chrisman. She is a patient under the care of dr Metz. Over several month she has told dr metz she was short of breath. He responded by saying “well you are 70 now”. Yesterday my mom was flown by care flight to Miami valley with shortness of breath. Guess what..... she had two large blood clots in both lungs. If a simple a simple blood test was done/ordered this could have been caught. No effort was made...

Great Doctor and even Better Person!!!!

Dr. Metz is very personable and has always taken the time to listen & to answer my questions during each and everyone of my visits! I always recommend him to others! His P.A., Danielle, is also just as great! I can’t say enough great things about these two!!

Turned in paperwork for new pts on aug 20. Was told it takes 3-4 working days to process. Called office on aug 29 to inquire since i hadnt got a response. Was told they would follow up on paperwork. As of sept. 4th i still havnt received a response.

Great communication skills. Very knowledgeable and up to date in the medical field. Not a drug pusher. Very thankful to have his as my Family Physician.
