I must admit I was really worried about my first visit to remove an in-grown toe nail. Dr Mechanik made the whole process painless! I am now going back to get the second in-grown toe nail removed and am looking forward to now having two painless toes. If only I had known how easy and painless the process was, I would have done it 15 years ago!!

Dr. Mechanik is very friendly yet professional, was very concerned about my foot problem, and suggested several alternative treatments which seemed to help.

I have recommended, but sometimes insurance is an issue. They usually get me in on time, are caring and have helped me with many various foot issues with new alternatives that I appreciate.

Online visit. Dr. was professional, knowledgeable and took his time to explain my situation. He also had an assistant who was able to take pictures to add to my file. Great guy and will definitely recommend him!

Small office. Very knowledgeable. When visit was over it was a very long process to see if my insurance covered the procedure. Lost interest by the time they called me several weeks later.

My children and I have been to Dr Mechanik multiple times to treat adult and child foot issues, including two minor surgeries. After spending thousands of dollars, we are all worse off. Instead of analyzing our issues with any thoughtfulness, we were put immediately into orthotics (which made the problems worse), and suggested to have a metallic bolt surgically implanted (in my 12yr old)! She has no real issues other than heal pain from gymnastics over use. I felt this doctor was like a vending machine. After almost a year of following his edict, we are all worse off.

I saw Dr. Mechanik about 13 years ago and recently started having foot pain I went to see him again. Exceptional care as always.

In April of 2020, I went to a Dr. in Centennial complaining about intermittent foot pain. He dismissed me stating there was nothing wrong. By June the pain was severe. So I went to Dr. Mechanik. I remember he helped my Dad a long time ago. Turned out I had 4 Metatarsal stress fractures and 1 Fibular fracture. His wife (Nancy) who is an RN took the X-Rays, She is extremely pleasant and very soothing to speak with. Dr. Mechanik explains everything in detail. He does no sugar coat anything. I respect him for that! He also does not make any snap decisions. I was placed in a Fracture Walker. I almost needed a Cast or Surgery, due to my own fault of overuse. With that being said, I was lucky. He takes the patient's symptoms into careful consideration first. He recommended Physical Therapy after I was healed. Worked great as far as building back muscle strength. Thank you Dr. for giving me back my Mobility!! Thank you Nancy for your kindness! Love the Patient Portal as well!

Dr Mechanik is great. I’ve had a few sprains and injuries over the years and his recommendations always help me get back to full speed!

Dr. Mechanik was asked great questions and then explained the best possible procedure with the best outcome. I'd be happy to recommend him to someone else.

I was so impressed with Dr. Mechanik that I've already referred two other people to see him. He is very knowledgeable and takes a "less is more approach." He has a clear plan for the recovery and improvement of my feet issues and spends the time talking to me to make sure I understand my diagnosis and the game plan for recovery. He shares the consultation notes with you (electronic through myHealthspot) and I found the access to our discussion so helpful when I was home talking to my husband about my issues with my feet. He's friendly and wants to make sure you feel comfortable about everything that was discussed during the appointment. I never feel rushed when I am there.

Dr. Mechanik was patient and informative with my pre-teen son who was reluctant to have anything done to a painful ingrown toenail. Dr. Mechanik handled it swiftly the day of our first appointment, removing the ingrown toenail, which was able to heal quickly according to the predicted schedule. We appreciate the patience, understanding and great manner that Dr. Mechanik exhibited, which really helped my son through a painful situation.

Not sure how they claim to be a foot institute when they can't explain you what's covered and what's not and keep sending bills for no reason. I visited thrice and on my third visit, they billed me twice i.e. one for consultation (where the doctor didn't do a thing other than taking impression) and later they charged bill for taking impression. So, i ended up paying my copay and the bill for taking impressions. When i called, they said they both are two different things and terminated my visit to the doctor. Discuss way ahead of what's covered and what's not with these guys as they seem to be all money minded.

I have been a patient of Dr. Mechanik for over 3 years. He is wonderful to work with. I had a torn plantar fascia and her repaired it with a stem cell patch. My foot has never felt better! The office staff is so nice!

INCREDIBLE DOCTOR!! Dr. Mechanik is the best doctor I have ever seen. He was truly interested in getting to know me and about my condition. I had been to 5 other foot specialist before him. He immediately knew what I had, which none of the other doctors even mentioned. After three years in pain, he fixed me. He is the smartest and kindest doctor I have ever had. Hands down Best Foot and Ankle Doc in Colorado and the USA. If you have a foot or ankle problem, Dr. Mechanik is who you need!

Good doctor but needs to explain details about surgery. My foot and ankle were in pain for over 6 months. Went to see another doctor and realized that the surgery was not done properly. Had another surgery and now I feel great. The lady at front desk over charged twice. I feel it's all about the money not the quality. She seamed fake friendly. I felt uncomfortable around her. I'm surprised they have that many 5 stars. Back in the day doctors took pride in thier profession. Done early in 2017.

Satisfaction survey....I'll start out by saying this team is not only proficient in patient care but by far the most caring medical staff my family has ever encountered. No one wishes that they need the care of a podiatric surgeon but if you have issues with your feet....this is the team you want.

Dr. Mechanik was very engaged and spent a lot of time talking about my options. I went thinking (as I was told by 3 other doctors) that I needed surgery. We talked about less aggressive options (i.e. orthotics) as a first approach rather than surgery. I very much appreciated this approach. He even jury rigged a temporary "orthotic" that has been working WONDERS and can't wait for the permanent inserts. Dr. Mechanik really puts his patients FIRST!!!

Dr Mechanik is excellent! I have been plagued with ingrown toe nails since I was a teenager, previous attempts by other Dr’s left me with ragged nails and painful regrowths. Dr Mechanik has removed two badly ingrown nails with little pain and fast recovery. Previous removals had been painful and messy, not so here. Don’t put of getting those annoying painful ingrown removed once and for all!

Hands down (or feet down!) the best doctor I think I've ever seen. He truly listens and is always in a great mood. He's patient with you and is always cheery! He clearly knows what he's talking about and never rushed into anything. He is willing to go the extra mile for this patients and I really cannot say enough nice things about him. Seriously, he's your guy.

Dr Mechanik always listens, showing that he cares about what you are telling him. He has a great bedside manner both in the office and at the hospital. I've also never felt rushed with him.

Dr. Mechanik had a solution for severe clubfeet. My son had the surgery and even within 4 weeks the results are stunning. He's walking faster, and with better gait, and he can stand at highschool events for hours without getting tired or feeling pain. He's got some training to do to get all the benefits, but Dr. Mechanik did a fantastic job and used amazing technology to improve my son's day to day life.

Everyone was so nice. The doctor answered all my questions. He had a plan and did not have to run a lot of tests or do X-rays. Very nice and honest group! Glad I found them

I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Mechanik! I have a very complicated medical history and diagnoses, which includes a diagnosis of CRPS. Although it's rare, he knew what it was and how to handle it in conjunction with what I was seeing him for. He never made me feel rushed or like I couldn't ask a question. He's one of the most approachable doctors I've ever seen. He was careful to make sure I had a good treatment plan going forward. He even called me on the weekend to make sure I was ok!

You performed multiple surgeries on my feet and I have been in pain for over 20 yrs. I have to have reconstruction surgery now to undo what you did.

Have bad left foot pain, saw a Dr.Stern and no noticeable results! Went to see Dr. Mechanik with my wife and I have hope again! He was great and explained everything to us and really seemed to care. My wife is so excited that I can see the light at the end of the tunnel finally...I highly recommend Dr.Mechanik, at least he will give you hope!

Dr.Mechanik and his staff are absolutely amazing. Office staff was kind and friendly. Dr. Mechanik was one of the nicest doctors Inhave ever met.

Dr. Mechanik and his staff were great. I was able to book my appointment over lunch and I was in and out with a procedure in 45 minutes. Made my life as a busy career mom so easy to get an ingrown toenail I then stubbed and made worse get fixed!! He also took the time to get to know me which was nice.

Dr. Mechanik was a referral from a neighborhood friend and I had a great initial consult. The team was helpful, very communicative, timely, and I left the office feeling great about my next steps.

I have had feet problems for 14 years with two operations on the left foot and one on the right foot. My left foot continued to give me problems. Dr. Mechanik isolated the problem on my first visit and is taking steps to alleviate the problem and the pain. it is obvious that Dr. Mechanik knows his specialty and is extremely professional.
