Dr. Joseph Mardelli

My visits were less than satisfactory. The sleep study location was poorly constructed for ensuring a accurate sleep study analysis. The bed was cheap, the sheets rough and the blanket thin. Nurse recommended running fan to block outside noise. Results in; fitting same experience. Dr consult, no response when I mentioned these issues. But then it gets better. I decide to switch specialists; need records faxed out, can not get web access portal to work, no one to complain to (leave voice mail) and finally an offer to email form out, but not rtn? First world costs, third world service! I'm questioning why Henry Ford HS continues with average specialist. Even the medical device company wasn't excellent. These excuses why they offer, why nothing can be done shows their lack of focus to excellent patient care and support. They fear the regulators, but not the bill payers. Maybe that should change.

Dr. Mardelli is great, as well as his staff. Sleepy during the day, come and see him.

Dr. Mardelli is focused on his patients and takes time to answer questions and makes one feel relaxed during their appointments. I am taken in a timely fashion when I have my annual reviews.

I asked for my options and he only mentioned one. fact is, there are a few options. definitely was not comfortable with him. as for his office, extremely small and cramped. if you have back problems you might want to bring your own chair as their's are very hard.

II would not recommend to friend or foe....

i have been very satisfied with Dr. Mardelli He explains everything to my satisfaction and is never in a hurry when I have questions that need answers

Office staff is not helpful nor professional, Provider spends very little time with you and has poor communication skills.
