I really thought the service was great by all staff. Everyone was very helpful.

Always slow as hell Dont get seen until 1 hour after your appointment time.. Staff is friendly.. but LaCava isnt very good at his job. 10 visits and he never even seen my feet

Having medicaid does not mean it will cover any of the shoes, inserts, or anything else. It is amazing and an outstanding doctor just medicaid will hardly or never pay for anything now. This is why I am giving it a three star.

Great doctors office, I didn't have any issues. They got me in very quickly and took care of the problem. The doctor answered all my questions and was extremely understanding of my fears lol

Everyone in this office is a treat to deal with. They are welcoming, helpful and friendly. Dr. La Cava is the icing on the cake. Knowledgeable, user friendly and instills confidence. Absolutely amazing care.

Everyone in the entire office was extremely friendly and nice and the Dr. as.well. They also give you a welcome packet when you leave that they have all signed which makes your visit very patient friendly. Will definitely recommend their office to others.

Nice, friendly office staff. Kelly was so helpful while completing my paperwork. Later observed how kind she was to others in the waiting area - assisting elderly patients with the door, addressing them by name, and always smiling.

Professional and courteous. Doctor was very good to explain what was needed. A bit of a wait but the staff kept everyone informed.

I don't speak Spanish but that what came up on my review for Dr. LA Cava but in English or Spanish or whatvever language there is one thing about the best foot doctor in the U.S.A.he cares for your feet and the person who the feet are attached to. The whole staff was amazing from front desk to nurse doctor X-ray tech and show lady. Thank you for listening and getting something started with my foot. I recommend anyone to come give y’all a try. Y’all are greatly appreciated.

I am a new patient...Dr LaCava was very easy to talk to and spent time discussing my issues. Very thorough as was his assistant. Front desk personnel could have been a little more receptive but I can overlook this if it means getting to see a great doctor! I can see why he gets great reviews!

Great foot doctor, l highly recommend!

Dr. LaCava is excellent. His crew is friendly and professional. You won't find a better DPM in Hot Springs.

The staff are professional, accommodating and so friendly. The doctor is skilled, gentle and takes time to explain possible treatment plans and answer questions. The facility is clean and neat.

Dr LaCava was very friendly and made you feel very comfortable. He also explained what was causing the pain in plain English so you could understand.

My 1st visit with Dr. LaCava was great.The staff was very pleasant and nice. He listen and I felt like actually listened to my concern. All around Great experience! Thank you Dr. LaCava and Staff ????

It was my first visit as a new patient. I found everyone very friendly and going out of their way to be helpful. The doctor and his nurse were very knowledgeable.

Took my sweet, elderly mother-in-law to see Dr. Lacava and am more than pleased. We were greeted by smiling, friendly faces who were ready for our visit. The waiting room was clean and beautifully decorated offering a welcoming atmosphere. The nurse called us back and immediately took some demographic information then escorted us into the exam room. She was professional and made sure she conveyed any concerns we had for our visit to the doctor before he visited. He was very compassionate and caring and spent time with us that was not rushed or short. He gave us clear instructions on how to provide ongoing care and made sure we understood the plan for future care. We made a follow up appointment at the front desk on our way out. They offered us a new patient packet complete with a welcome letter signed by all staff. This was by far the BEST medical care visit to ANY doctor we have had. We both highly recommend Dr.Lacava! You won’t be disappointed. You will be impressed!

Dr. LaCava does an excellent job at taking care of my feet. He is very skilled. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend him!

I came in with excruciating pain as well as severe swelling in both feet/ankles which had been going on for about 6 months. The doctor that referred me to Dr. Lacava had already done x-rays which didn't show anything, due to it not being an issue with my bones, but Dr. Lacava's nurse claimed they never recieved the x-rays and would be doing them again, which was obviously a waste of time. When Dr. Lacava did finally come in the room, not only did he, the FOOT doctor, not even LOOK at my feet, but he asked me to explain what was going on and I started by trying to explain that I had had plantar faciitis in November. As soon as I said I had plantar faciitis, he rudely interrupted me and said loudly, "DONT TELL ME WHAT YOU READ ON GOOGLE!" as if I was just making this up or diagnosing myself. At that point I burst into tears because I was very aware that he would be absolutely no help to me and I would continue suffering with feet problems that he was unwilling to even attempt helping me with. I finished by explaining I had been DIAGNOSED by a DOCTOR with plantar faciitis and hadn't read anything on Google and that once that had finally gone away, this new issue with my feet started. Long story short, he didn't even look at my feet, was extremely rude and uncaring, and only seemed to want to sell me shoes. I will never be returning to him. I have never in my life dealt with such an unprofessional, uncaring & rude doctor... Or glorified shoe salesman. Whatever he actually is. Very busy, fast in out service. I had athletes feet between left foot little toe. Provider didn't inspect feet thoroughly and felt like a rushed visit. Was concerned more about a secondary insurance plan to bill, other than Veterans Affairs, than in patient.

My visit was an excellent experience. All aspects of my treatment were professional and each person I had contact with was professional.

I was a new patient and all admission paperwork is done on a tablet which was easy to use. I saw staff helped older people who were unfamiliar with a tablet. Although today, there was a longer than average wait to see the doctor -the staff was able to proceed with X-rays and gather more information about my problem. Dr. Lacava was kind and professional, answered any questions and explained what the treatment would be. I was fitted with a walking boot due to a fracture, given instructions and a follow up appointment. I would recommend Dr.Lacava. I was very satisfied with my visit today. Dr lacava is so funny and kind. He really listened to me and had a great treatment plan without surgery. His staff was wonderful. From check in to check out my visit was awesome and I definitely recommend him!

Dr. LaCava is the best, he took care of my toe pain immediately. He knew I was going out of town & worked me in later that afternoon. He is so kind & personable. His staff is great also.

I told and asked for a couple big toe nail removals and they scheduled me an appt just to agree that it was needed. I believe they should have scheduled the first appt to make sure it was needed but also should have scheduled the nail removal for that following Friday. If it didn't need it then just cancel the nail removal.

Very pleasant. The Dr explained in lay men terms what was needed. The nurses followed up with documentation I could read about the procedure and what was required from me as a patient.

This was a great experience with the best foot care you could ever hope for. Staff and doctor very friendly. Would recommend them to anyone for the best foot care. I'd give this place a 10. Thanks for all your help, my foot have never felt better.

Received prompt, courteous treatment by the staff in a clean, comfortable environment. The doctor was easy to talk to and was genuinely concerned with my issues. I had a very informative conversation with him regarding the foot problems I’ve been having and how to deal with them in the future.

This is Terry Taylor I went and seen the doctor yesterday and he done a great job on my feet and I feel so good today thank you so much for what you have done. Also his nurse was the greatest ever she was so kind to us and everybody there even a receptionist they were all very nice to us.

First visit today with Dr. LaCava , . I was very happy today as I had previously visited 2 other podiatrists over the last two years with no true results. Dr LaCava was very kind he took time to explain everything not only to me but also my daughter. My daughter is 10 and it was her appointment she has had pain for awhile and was very nervous but his staff was great with her and she felt much better after seeing him knowing that he is going to help her not hurt anymore. My daughter said it was so easy to talk to him while she explained everything that was going on with her feet. She was amazed that he immediately knew what was going on and he was able to explain it in a way that she could understand . They charge you for a follow up visit after surgery. Says you have Arthritis in your foot never really checking it out. X-rays set for three weeks later on the foot. Not happy with the services one bit
