The office is dingy but he gets the job done, that is what counts. The staff is very nice. Doctor Kenny never says much. One big problem however is scheduling. He is only late night is Wednesday until 5:30. Dude, you are an orthodontist. I cannot understand why he is not in the office one or two early mornings a week and the rest from 2-8pm. It is very difficult to get a late afternoon appointment, and after 5pm, forget about it. He is not there. Later appointments are needed
