WONDERFUL !!!

Dr. Jestus went over my MRI with me and was thorough and professional. He treated me with respect and explained my options and gave me his opinion. I trust him implicitly.

I’ve never had to wait and everyone is very kind. That’s important when you don’t feel well.

In December of 2015, I had spinal stenosis and other issues, Dr Jestus did a lamectomy on my low back. I felt so much better! Now my issues have returned to another part of my spine and the first thing I did was call Tier 1 Orthopedic and Neurological! I want the best Doctors working on my back.

Dr. Jestus has performed several spinal fusion surgeries on my back and neck. He only recommends surgery if he's sure it will help. I have complete trust in his abilities as a surgeon, and he's also a very caring person. Tier One office staff are always polite, friendly and efficient. Dr. Jestus has performed several successful spinal fusion surgeries on me. He is very thorough and careful. He's a very nice person and cares about his patients. I trust him completely, and his staff are polite and professional. I highly recommend him to anyone with spine problems.

Dr Joe Jestus was very thoughtful and spent time explaining what my MRI showed. Since surgery is not an option at this time, we discussed other possibilities for treatment of my back pain.

This is not from Bill Bartlett. I am his wife Shirley who has been seen by 4 of the orthopedics there as well as having had PT at the PT Center two times in the past 1 1/2 yrs for two separate surgeries. The PT staff are highly trained n have lots of patience. Every doctor that I have seen at Tier 1 has been exceptional as have their staff. I highly recommend them for any Orthopedic needs. Dr. Jestus is an incredibly talented and experienced clinician. I literally travelled 880 miles round trip to see him for a neck problem because he has seen me in the OR twice now and the results were exceptional. Very little pain afterwards, no infection or fever, and a short healing time. The folks that work with him in the practice are fantastic. Very warm and incredibly organized. Its nice to have an entire practice of people that truly do want to see their patients feeling better. Dr. Jestus is an incredibly talented and experienced clinician. Dr Jestus is a very knowledgeable and very caring person. His staff is also very caring and make you feel very comfortable! I had no wait time for my appointment. He had done my back spinal fusion surgery on Jan 3, 2022. He has hands of gold! I have no complaints about surgery or may feeling afterwards! Surgery Friday morning and all went great. I may have over exerted Friday afternoon (wife says so) - had issues with legs Saturday and Sunday - had to use a walker. Able to get hold of Dr. Jestus Sunday morning and he got me a script for steroids - which starting helping almost immediately. Now able to get around without a cane or walker and work remote support! I really like Dr. JESTUS and his staff. I've had two surgeries and I really trust him. Everyone at Tier 1 are always pleasant and helpful. Highly recommend.

I'm very pleased with Dr Jestus. He explained everything very well. I would highly recommend him if you need a orthopedic Dr.

Went into the hospital partially paralyzed from the hip down. Dr. Jestus operated and had me on my feet in no time. I couldn't ask for a better and more understanding neurosurgeon.

Love this place! I have been going to tier one institute for about 3 years now! The staff is amazing! The doctors are excellent! I would not go anywhere else! I had just had a fusion preformed by Dr Jestus on the 3rd of January! Not only is he a wonderful doctor also an amazing neurosurgeon!

I arrived early and they took me early. Very nice people and professional. The doctor was very articulate in explaining the issue with my back. I will recommend them to family and friends.

Very attentive, very thorough. Excellent surgeon.

Although I have great confidence in Dr. Jestus... His staff can be very rude. My personal experience as a patient several years ago. And now with my partner. I'm sorry but there is no place for this kind of rudeness

Dr. Jestus has preformed 2 surgeries on me. 2003 C 5/6 and C 6/7. 2011 L5. Both went perfect and I am still doing wonderful. Those surgeries were like a miracle for me. I highly recommend him.

I chose him because he did a complicated surgery on a friend of mine who could hardly walk. She and I are both in the medical field so I took her recommendation seriously. I saw him twice and found that he was not wanting to jump right into surgery which made me feel confident. I just had surgery, a year later. I have found his office to be very nice, his PA very professional and have been happy with my cervical surgery.

snotty comment that "You are dying of cancer, take the hydrocodone" is enough to convince me I used the wrong doctor. I am living with cancer and in remission. thanks for caring.

Dr. Jestus has a nice manner dealing with patients from every walk of life. We are very fortunate to have someone of his expertise in our rural area. I would highly recommend him for any neurosurgical need.

Dr. Jestus is an excellent doctor and showed kindness and compassion. I am so thankful for his words right before surgery. I was very much at ease.
