Dr. was able to accommodate me for an appointment the day of my call. He was very polite and professional in his explanation of my loose crown/implant. Dr. Hwang continues to go above and beyond in his care of my dentistry needs. He is very caring and makes sure I am comfortable while I am there, especially if I am having a painful problem in my mouth. I highly recommend him. I drive over an hour to see him. That is how much I trust him.

Dr Joe and his staff are so easy to work with. The Dr listens to what you have to say and answers all questions. You will never feel rushed. He explains everything that he does so that you understand. I can’t wait to see the finished results. He had a lot to do because of the prior work that was done by another dentist that was done poorly and causing me other issues. So far I feel much better. You are always greeted like you’re family. I have been to many dentists over my lifetime.  Some were good, some were not, but the care I received from Dr. Joe at Tri-Valley Aesthetic in Livermore was excellent.  His staff is personable and professional, always pleasant. He is compassionate, has a real awesome personality, great customer service, extremely thorough ...but best of all, the work he did on my teeth was flawless... beautiful.  I used to dread going to the dentist but not anymore, there was no pain when he worked on my teeth, he was very gentle and there was soft music playing in the back ground, creating a calm and peaceful environment.  His prices were amazing.  I have no dental insurance so that was a real plus.  I was so impressed that I am recommending him to all my children, my family and all my friends. Very warm welcoming environment, Dr Joe is great. I was referred by a friend, but didn't expect much more then the typical dental experience. Turns out Dr Joseph is the icing on the cake. I've had some unpleasant dental experiences in the past so was a little nervous meeting a new dentist. I was greeted promptly by Dr. Hwang and he did my cleaning and exam. It was a friendly, calm environment, and my appointment went by with no discomfort at all!! I recommend you try this office!

I have been coming here for a few years (had to switch at one point only because my insurance changed but as soon as I could I switched back). My husband has been going to this office for years but our kids and I were at another dentist. We finally switched over and now I understand why he loves it. I’ve been seeing Dr. Hwang for a few years now and he is by far the best dentist I’ve ever been to. I’ve never felt more easy at doing dental work and even my daughters and friends who usually get very anxious about dental work go to Dr. Joe and have found themselves overcoming their anxiety and getting the work done with a lot of ease. Exceptional dentist, nice office, friendly staff. Dr. Hwang is skilled and makes you feel comfortable. His work has far exceeded any expectations I had for what dentistry could realistically do for me. I have all sorts of negative associations with past experiences with dentistry but Dr. Hwang and his staff put me at ease. I was very pessimistic about my situation before I visited his office, I thought I'd go into debt working with different specialists and using different appliances to open up my palate and straighten my teeth in order to undo the damage done by impacted wisdom teeth and restore my old smile. Dr. Hwang has helped me with this and taken me far beyond just restoring my old smile and bite but instead began working to improve them to be far better than they ever have been. I am now expecting to attain a much more aesthetic and functional smile than I had ever considered possible without drastic surgical intervention and the process has been pain free. This was by far the quickest and easiest dentist to get into. Great receptionist and Mr. Hwang is a great dentist. I've only had a cleaning and this one man show looks like he has it together. I'll definitely be coming back. Haven't had a good dentist since I was 22, I'm 36 now lol. Keep up the great work.

They are honest, trustworthy, very knowledgeable, and to top it off they have great personalities! Dr. Hwang does not push unneeded work on teeth, he gives a truthful assessment and a detailed plan to correct any issues.
