Dr. Hughes saved my life 27 years ago through major surgery. He is an amazing, thorough, genius, and fun-loving doctor! He was the only doctor that would take my case - he performed miraculous surgery and I am still alive today. He also saved my neighbor's life through major surgery. He is the most wonderful doctor I have known. Thank you!

Many years ago, Dr. Hughes performed an ileoanal anastomosis for me. At the time, I was literally bleeding to death internally. Without hesitation, he performed a miracle surgery that not only saved my life, but allowed me to raise my four children. I love this doctor - he is a perfectionist in his work, personable to all, upbeat and positive.

Paid dr Hughes billing office over the phone with a debit card on August 19th, received confirmation number; to my surprise my bank account showed they debited the payment a few days ago (November 3rd). Don't go to this doctor as they have awful billing systems and didn't have the decency to call the affected patients to advise of the prolonged and sudden debit from their bank accounts, unfortunately in my case blindsiding my finances during an already troubling financial hardship.

Just met the man and he is wonderful. He was able to see me the same day I called their office on a day he was not regularly seeing patients. He was able to get me into surgery the next day (tomorrow) which is way beyond expectations. Dr Hughes and is staff bent over backwards to help at a time I really needed it. Dr Hughes even came out to the waiting room just to say hello and chat with my wife. Maybe it's because he comes from an older generation but its extremely refreshing. Faith restored.

Dr Hughes is so amazing and so caring. He doesn't judge about the issue you have and goes the extra mile to resolve it and make you happy. I felt so comfortable and felt right at home. I truly appreciate everything I can't thank him enough. He is the most nice sweetest guy you will ever meet. Thank you so much for all your hardwork ??

He is the sweetest, kindest, most endearing doctor and person ever. I trust him implicitly. My family has all gone to him and feel the same way about him. He is so good at what he does. It is wonderful to be able to go to him for something as intimidating and nerve wracking as a colonoscopy and come away feeling good. He even gives out his poetry book to his patients, and helps staff with anything he sees that might help them. He even gives out snacks when you leave!
