Dr Hoang diagnosed my husband with a tumor in his nose that is usually found in children. It was in his nasal pharynx. The advice we received and the manner in which we received it saved his life. Only 3% of the world gets this type of tumor, usually children, and 60% of those succumb. To this day, Dr Hoang is our first step in remediating a problem from the brutal chemo and radiation that it took to treat this tumor. It was inoperable, but not unreachable. Dr Hoang connected us with the proper team in Victoria, and even MD Anderson commented on how thorough the Victoria team had been for my husband. The chemo affected his hearing to the point that he is near deaf. We continue to see him on a regular basis as "maintenance" for what is left of his hearing. I highly recommend him and his staff as they are always considerate and accommodating when we need something 'right now". We are long-term patients and have never had a bad visit. Very bad bedside manners.

As a physician, I like this doctor's competence, attention to detail, questions, and information Little wasted of our time, yet all secure as solved.

Dr Hoang was very professional and very efficient. I had ear crackle for months that no one seemed to know anything about. Hoang prescribed me aleve and Prednisone. Fixed me right up

worst place ever! To only get seen for 5 minutes. Last month my son and I were early and didn’t get seen till an hour and a half after his scheduled appointment time. This time my son and I show up late & the med assistant up front wants to catch attitude and tell me there’s 4 patients ahead of me. Meanwhile about 5 patients have been called back. My son was referred to Dr. Hoang by his pediatrician for an ongoing fungal infection in his ear and a diagnosis of mastoiditis. At the first visit I tried to offer the CD with CT images showing he his mastoiditis but he refused to review it. At the end of the visit, I asked the receptionist if she wanted to scan in the CT report paperwork at the very least when the dr. swooped in a grabbed the paper to look it over and then tell the girl just make a copy. After a whole month of going in every single week for my son's ear to be vacuumed out, with the dr. mentioning there was mold in his ear, I asked if it would be a good idea for another CT to be done to make sure the mastoiditis wasn't any worse because it hasn't gotten any better, he told me NO AND YOU ASKED MY OPINION I GAVE IT TO YOU BUT YOU'RE WELCOME TO GET A 2ND OPINION! He NEVER mentioned the mastoiditis at any of the visits, which is something that could potentially be life threatening with out surgical intervention!! After seeing an ENT in corpus a few days later, we find out he needs 4 surgical procedures done & are told his hearing loss most likely has some permanent damage and we'd have to wait til surgery is done to find out just how much. My son was referred to Dr. Hoang by his pediatrician for an ongoing fungal infection in his ear and a diagnosis of mastoiditis. At the first visit I tried to offer the CD with CT images showing he his mastoiditis but he refused to review it. Do not recommend this ENT very bad after my balloon SINOPLASTY and I had 4 return trips and kept asking him why I was not getting better, he said I was old, I finally went to another ENT and right away he found broken bone and he told me that was why I was not healing. Bad bedside manner. It is almost 2 months later and still suffering from sinus issues he was supposed to have corrected. After one visit with this doctor he answered so many questions. I would highly recommend him and he will tell you the truth about what you need to change. My issues got better right away.

After having sinus surgery, I still felt like I had an obstruction when breathing in. Dr. Hoang informed me that I had nasal valve collapse that was blocking air flow. He told me about the new procedure, Spirox Latera, that came out a year ago. The Latera is an absorbable nasal implant used to support the upper and lower cartilage in the nose, reinforcing the nasal wall. I had this procedure done in December and have NEVER been able to breathe this good in my life. Simple procedure, great Dr.

If you are looking for a ENT look no further. This doctor listens to you and does an excellent job of diagnosing the problem. Dr. Hoang performed a sinuplasty on me a few years back and I didnt realize you were supposed to breathe that good until after the procedure
