I always thought the world of him. Til this last visit almost a year ago. I don’t trust doctors easily, and I had opened up to him and trusted him. This last appointment he acted as though everything was in my head, and made me feel as though I was “crazy”. After a year, I am still left with no answers and no doctor, because I don’t want to waste anyone’s time. I’ve never felt so helpless before. So Dr. Hines, I truly hope you stop to think how your words effect people. I hope you realize that your patient today may not be the same patient you had 3 years ago. People do change and grow, as I had done. But you really knocked me down- for you to assume I was in the same rough spot I was years ago, is beyond unfair. I always thought the world of him. Do not go see this doc. He will not help you in any way shape or form. Totally will do the opposite. I hired him for a service and had to fire him the very 1st visit. This doc.does not care about you at all. Total joke... and by the way tho was for my husband.

Insensitive. Tried to convince me to start a medication from the same family as 2 that I’m allergic to, even though I told him about the allergies.
