Dr. Hildebrand and his office are an answered prayer! Dr. Hildebrand is the BEST at what he does. From start to finish, he and his office are skilled, knowledgeable, efficient and kind. Thankful to God that we found him after searching for someone to do our son's surgery. Highly recommend and thankful that we found him. I cannot thank him enough for taking care of my son and making sure everything went smoothly.

Dr. Hildebrand and staff are amazing! I needed my wisdom teeth out right around the middle of December and was losing my dental the beginning off the new year. They squeezed me in asap and I ended up needing to reschedule due to Covid. Then they resqueezed me in! Then I ended up with dry socket and they had to squeeze me in 4 more times to be treated. They always made it work in my time of need and I appreciate it so much! Not only did they save me thousands but they helped treat my pain super quickly. I hope I never have to have mouth surgery again (lol) BUT if I do I would go back to this office in a heartbeat! Thank you!!

I've been to more than a handful of oral surgeons in my life, and Dr. Hildebrand is, by far, the best there is. From extractions to implants, his skill is unsurpassed. I've left other oral surgeons' offices with tears from the trauma, severe post-op pain, and significant bruising. It makes you hesitant to ever go again. Dr. Hildebrand is on the opposite end of the spectrum. I feel excited to get work done at his office knowing the IV is going to be gentle, the procedure is going to be quick, and the post-op is going to be a breeze. He's always provided adequate post-op pain relief, I've never had bruising, and my mouth has healed quickly. The entire staff at Dr. Hildebrand's office takes such good care of my family. In fact, my daughter just had her wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Hildebrand. The procedure took 30 minutes (for all 4 teeth), she has zero bruising, and she hasn't even needed anything more than Motrin 600 for a couple days. Amazing doctor. Fantastic with our special needs daughter who also had type 1 diabetes. Calming presence, staff is super kind and helpful. Through two oral surgeries this place has been great and reassuring. Highly recommend

The staff here is beyond rude! Took me three months to get my refund. Each week I called I was told the check is here waiting for doctor to sign it. We will call you when it’s ready. No calls from them at all I was at the end if my rope as I was owed over $1000.00 and I wanted my money. Three months into this I told them I was coming to the office to pick up my check. Well guess what..... the check was dated for the day I picked it up! They lied to me when they stated the check was there waiting for doc to sign it! I have a broken tooth and went to see my dentist. She said I would have to see a Periodontist to get the tooth extracted and an implant. They suggested Dr. Hildebrand who was located in the same facility. My dentist was going to contact Dr. Hildebrand's office and have them phone me. I waited 3 business days and when nobody phoned, I called them. Dr. Hildebrand's office staff had all of the information including my X-Rays from my dentist but still never bothered to phone me. After explaining more than once what was going on with my broke tooth, the young lady offered to set me up for a "CONSULTATION" for the following month. Of course, I explained to her that the tooth was giving me a great amount of pain and that if he could not see me, I would have to find another Doctor to see me. The receptionist told me that she would talk to Dr. Hildebrand in the morning to see if he could see me sooner and phone me in the morning. AGAIN, I never received a phone call so at 2:20pm today, I called to find out what was going on. Another young lady that spoke to me had no idea what I was talking about. So I explained the entire experience to her. She put me on hold. When she retuned to the phone, she told me that the Doctor could not see me until next month and it didn't matter that I had a tooth that had been separated from my jaw bone and causing me great discomfort. Sucks to be me...eh??? So they dropped the ball on me TWICE but how nice of them to give me the phone number of a Doctor much further away that MIGHT be able to help me. Listen, I've never met or been treated by Dr. Hildebrand and he may be the best freaking Periodontist around. I'll most likely never find out. What I CAN SAY is that his staff is typical of Medical/Dental office staff's these days. Super nice staff and a great doc! Got us right in for a wisdom teeth extraction and the procedure went great. Dr. explained everything in a professional manner. Even got a call from the Dr on a Saturday afternoon to check up on how things were. Would recommend for sure!!

Dr Hildebrand may have a dry personality, however let it be known he knows his profession. He has helped me with a condition that two other oral surgeons could not!!!!!!!!! And he is very thorough. He is an EXCELLENT oral surgeon

Staff is rude, ESPECIALLY those handling phone calls. Patients are not seen on time, waited about an hour past my appointment time to be seen.

I had a positive experience with Dr. Hildebrand himself; however, I walked out of the office yesterday due to no acknowledgement. My appointment was at 9:45 am and I arrived at 9:35. I waited until 10:20 and no staff even acknoweldeged that I was there. I even tried to get someone's attention and was ignored. I was annoyed and frustrated with the staff; needless to say, I'll be going to a different place.

Extremely rude and treated me horribly while having wisdom teeth removed. Not very organized and would never use him again and never will recommend him ever!!

My daughter had 2 wisdom teeth extracted on 12-22-17. After she was put in a recovery room, I was invited in. A nurse came in to review post-op instructions. I asked a question, was told that I should ask the Dr and he would be right in. A few minutes later, the nurse came back and told me the Dr was tied up in another room. She came in a second time telling me the Dr apologizes but he will be tied up and just hates to have us wait and we are free to go. We left and I got no further than the driveway that I realized I had left my phone in the post-op room. I went back in and lo and behold the Dr is not tied up, he is in the room we just left. As an ER doctor, I appreciate Dr. Hildebrand's excellent clinical judgment and surgical skills. He is supported by a terrific, caring staff. I could not be happier with the care he has rendered to our entire family.

Dr. Hildebrand recently removed an impacted wisdom tooth. I got sedation which went well, the extraction also went well. Dr was responsive to my questions after surgery. Staff was pleasant and professional. Multiple family members have seen him with the same high recommendation.

I (Joe K.), after visiting a couple other oral surgeons, decided on Dr Hildebrand. Seems like he was extremely well qualified based on his credentials and how long he's been doing what he's been doing. Had a couple consultations with him and his staff. Beginning of January I had my oral surgery, with several extractions and 2 implants done. Afterwards I was given 3 prescriptions antibiotics and for pain, after a few hours I didn't even bother taking the pain killers because everything was fine (did take the antibiotics though). It's now end of March, I just had my last appointment a couple days ago and everything's been great. My dental implants came out perfect and I haven't had any issues with them at all. I feel like Dr Hildebrand did an excellent job and was very particular with how everything was done. 5 stars? No, more like this place needs 10 Stars. Dr. Hildebrand and his entire staff are very knowledgeable, respectful, and professional. Not only was my dental experience flawless and painless, the staff took the time to give me a follow-up call regarding how I was feeling. I was very nervous to get dental work, however since this was my first real big experience, and everything went so well, despite my ridiculous fears. I no longer have a fear of dental work. Thank you Dr. Hildebrand and thank you to all the wonderful ladies who were there as well. A lifelong of fears and putting off this procedure, and years of suffering has been eliminated in an hour and a half (if it was even that long). I would recommend Dr. Hildebrand to anyone who needs any Oral Surgery. From the minute I made my appointment to the minute I walked out of the door I had the best service. I was reminded of my appointment alot and even got in a lot earlier than I had expected. When I initially called to make my appointment, The front desk asked if I had wisdom tooth pain and when I said I did and how bad it was she was able to make me an appointment to my exact needs. I got them out on a Friday, early in the morning which was a great choice. the nurse I was with was such a great lady. We had great conversation and made the experience a lot less stressful and nerve wrecking. Dr. Hildebrand was very friendly and made sure I felt comfortable. He spoke with me and made sure I knew exactly what he was going to do and what I should expect. I never once felt uneasy and was very happy at the end of my procedure. The nurse actually walked me to my car and didn’t have my mom/sister do it on their own which was super nice. Bleeding followed as expected and was something I initially was scared of but I received gauze and guidelines on what to expect and do. I even got a call a couple hours after to see how I was doing, and that was for me, really great. There’s little to no swelling in my face and I’m already on my way to a quick heal, definitely a place I would recommend. Was not greeted at initial appt, his back was turned to me for a good five mins. he never introduced himself. he did not explain anything to me either. never saw him wisdom tooth surgery. he did my stitches so weird so that i cant open my mouth and its day 5. also led my gum to form over my tooth- so theres an infection going on. called the office number and was told he would call me but never heard back. asked a question to the operator and she hung up on me. do not recommend. doesnt care!

I drove an hour to see this doctor for TMJ pain. I'm a Beaumont employee and thought I would find the best surgeon. WRONG WRONG!!! He was useless and didn't answer any questions. the visit took five minutes. he didn't explain anything and why he was referring me to another doctor. worst experience of my life. First time there and they had me sitting in the waiting room for 2 hours. Then, they started calling people back for x-rays who arrived an hour after I did. Really did not appreciate the way I was treated. I Was forced to walk out and find another office. Was gonna give 1 star but they had a tv.

I love it here!! I was referred by my orthodontist and I will now only use this office for any oral surgery procedures. Monica and Terry are WONDERFUL. Monica and Terry have been so polite and helpful from day one. Monica always keeps her word and call me back to answer any questions I may have and she empathizes with what I am going through. She made things go as smoothly as possible. When I come in for my procedure Terry is great, she makes me feel so comfortable and relaxed, I feel like I have known her forever. Dr. Hildebrand does amazing work that keeps me and my whole family coming back to him. We live almost 40 minutes away but it is worth the trip. I love it here!! I was very pleased with my visit to Dr. Hildebrand's office. All staff were extremely friendly and down to earth including Dr. Hildebrand. He was very efficient and competent at what needed to be done. I will definitely go back to him if I need to and would recommend him to everyone.

3 of my children have been patients of Dr. Hildebrand. He has been the doctor to remove their wisdom teeth. We have been treated professionally, quickly, and with no complications. We were able to get appointments and surgery dates easily.
