My son suggested I come here for an extremely painful periformis issue . I also have knee issues which leaves me in constant pain. After my first visit, my backside pain was relieved. The second visit he discovered the situation with my knees. I have to say, he did more for me in those two visits than a month of physical therapy. I am beyond ecstatic that i am pain free in my knees, I had forgotten how beautiful life is . I am returning for more care. I am grateful for these painfree days. Thank u so much!! My past experiences with Chiropractors has been marginal at best, so it took a lot of convincing for me to give it another try. I am so glad I did. Not only did Dr. Grable accommodate my hectic schedule, but he took the time to thoroughly explain the causes and solutions to my many aches and pains. Prior to the adjustment, I had limited range of motion in my neck turning over my right shoulder. I thought the knot in my shoulder would somehow go away on its own. Close to 1 year later, it was something I just lived with. Immediately after the adjustment, I could feel the tension in my shoulder dissolve and had almost full range of motion. Perhaps more important to my livelihood, I have noticed severe pain in my knee when I was climbing down a ladder. Dr. Joe determined the source of the pain (surprisingly in my pelvic area) and instructed me to do some stretching exercises. While not 100% gone, the pain is much more tolerable and diminishing every day. I cant say enough about Dr. Joes’ skills and talent. He really has a golden touch, but most importantly, Dr. Grable solves the SOURCE of the pain/injury rather than keeping you on a never ending cycle of return visits with "adjustments" that last just long enough for the next visit. Joe is a great Dr. Very friendly!

I couldn’t believe that my posture could have such an impact on the shoulder and upper back pain I was experiencing. The adjustment was just a small part of the help Dr. Grable gave me. He showed me ways to improve my posture and some very helpful stretches. —Jennifer S.

This guy is fantastic. He was able to get me in really quickly, and whatever he did to my back made things so much better. I'll be a regular, as my back is always needing something. Definitely recommend, 10/10, best Chiropractor in New Paltz.
